Judge yourself accurately first before you can do so to others

You are the greatest enemy to yourself.

Therefore, the ability to evaluate yourself and your performance objectively is critical to your relationships with others and it eventually has an enormous impact upon the level of success you achieve during your lifetime.

You cannot lie to yourself. You must honestly evaluate your strengths and weaknesses accurately, well before you can develop an effective plan to get you where you would like to be.
If you were an independent, dispassionate observer, what advice would you give to yourself to improve your skills, your work habits, your interaction with others, and your contribution to the organization?

In short, honesty about yourself is the very first step toward self-improvement. It is wise to note that self advancement cannot be built on bluff, fear, or flattery.

So, seek the counsel of men who will tell you the truth about yourself, even if it hurts you to hear it, if you are seriously wanted to bring the improvement you need. As such, honestly is the best policy.

Oh! Lord grant us grace throughout this day,
To walk the straight and narrow way,
To do whatever in Thy sight,
Is good and perfect, just and right,
For whatsoever changes come,
Do is right in Your sight.
Thank you, Lord.
Whatsoever changes come is for good.

On the contrary, people who think or make any real pretense of thinking, resent all forms of flattery. It is a real insult to their own intelligence, if they are wise to see.

In short, Romans 2:1 says it all.

If you judge someone else, you have no exeuse for it.When you judge another person, you are judging yourself. You do the same thing you blame others for doing.

Be caution what Romans 2:6 says

God "will give to each person in keeping with what he has done." (Psalm 62:12, Proverbs 24:12)

Trust God will reveal this wisdom to you.
