SUPER POWERFUL QUAKE, 9.0 MAGNITUDE, STRUCK JAPAN

SUPER POWERFUL QUAKE, 9.0 MAGNITUDE, STRUCK JAPAN
Hi Everyone,

I heard the above news last night and decided to share with you, even though a large number of people already aware of it by now. Before I proceed further, I like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt sympathy to Japan and its people for this devastating DISASTER.

This disaster, compounded by deadly tsunami is far beyond words. The level of panic was evident everywhere as the media has been flooding in continuously. I can imagine the stress and pain felt over there even though I am not there.

As such, I decided to present this news in a much different tone with the aim of having the positive lifting effect felt, or at least people view it in a much more positive perspective as I do. By doing so, the positive impact can be overwhelming the adverse impact arising from this disaster. It may seem impossible, but with everyone's help, regardless big or small, I believe it will eventually be achieved. Better still, this good deed can be sowed now, it will definitely, in the long term, create a long lasting significant positive impact, to everyone here. This is the main objective of this blog, as well reflected in its theme, beside making better of YOU at the end of the day, so to speak. Armed with this skill, it will help you overcome any adversity. Likewise, I have mentioned many times much earlier, do not mind to repeat it again that YOU are the centre of this blog.

One good wonderful news we can't ignore is that many countries, big and small in sizes, are willing to send the necessary help to Japan. Here, it proves one clear voice that Japan and its people are not alone. Thousands and millions of messages in term of prayers, sympathies, condolence, etc. are poured in by all concerned parties. They know that a sense of comfort and lifting sensation is required urgently by its victim to overcome this so difficult times. Here, I like to dedicate this song, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, to you. You may listen to it by clicking at the link below:-

In this connection, I like to reiterate that this blog will certainly be updated during sunshine or when it rains. We also like to enlighten you that even if you can't click to this blog due to whatsoever reason, our readers worldwide will convey the same message to you so as to lift you up at the time of need.

By now, I hope you can see vividly that it is crucial to arm YOURSELF with  adequate knowledge and skill in all aspects, be it physically, mentally and spiritually. Truth is that life is full of uncertainties. To live is to face the uncertainties and it is equally true that it is much easier to attain calm in good times. Only through these challenges, we can become better and skillful, like the sailor or the pilot. It is also interesting to learn from Japan as to how they can handle this disaster so well that caused only a low casualty compared to their past experience or the earlier tsunami of 7.8 magnitude that hit Indonesia, which caused many thousands lives. Thank you in advance for your kind participation.

What is more important Now is to look forward and conquer it by pooling our resources together to tackle the resultant impacts from this disaster, such as restoring the utilities and medical supplies, etc...

Before I pen off, I like to share the equation with you on how the NICE Idea being created out from sharing our knowledge and our added experiences. With this Nice idea, nothing is impossible.

Trust you enjoy reading this article. I would love to hear your feedback. Please share.

THE MESSAGE OF 'AIM FOR IMPOSSIBLE' REACHED THE MINISTRY LEVEL

THE MESSAGE OF 'AIM FOR IMPOSSIBLE' REACHED THE MINISTRY LEVEL
Very great day to you,

Today, the good news on the above matter which I am going to bring to you in the hope that you will not feel the heat, but join in the wagon to make this wave even stronger, like tsunami when the issue is still hot.

The message which many of us have been blogging finally reached the ministry's level. We have to make it not an ending, but just a beginning as we have lots to catch up.

The article, Aim for the impossible, was published in the Star on Mar 11, 2011. For those who have missed out, please read it. For the sake of everyone, I like to quote what have been said by the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Idris Jala.

He acknowledged and related that "many leaders fail in their missions due to the fear of failure" and adding that transformation would never happen in any organization if targets set were highly achievable.

To illustrate his point, he defined transformation as "achieving big results, fast" and compared it to the Government Transformation Programme (GTP). He added further during his keynote speech at a forum, The Principle of Transformational Leadership, organized by the Audit Bureau of Circulations, that "if you don't conquer the fear of failure, you will never begin the journey."

This message is loud and clear, hope that this is not an end, but just a beginning. To achieve this end, more initiatives and actions not only need to be carried out in line with its pre-set noble goals. Effective implementation of such projects needed to be carried out as well. Otherwise, this project is just good in paper only. Here, we need to learn from our past experience if we really want any future project to take off effectively.

As such, I blog this news in the hope that more people, if not everyone,  jump into this wagon and make a strong wave like tsunami that can create a long lasting significant positive impact on everyone of us here. If we don't care, who else will.

In this connection, we strongly urge that the Government continue to implement more healthy initiatives of this type in nature so as to transform the nation more speedily and effectively exactly as advocated by our Datuk Seri.

In response to Datuk Seri's message, we hope Government will remove those draconic legislations, soonest possible so as to show their example in line with this message to the people, whom majorities are educated and matured. Such actions will not only reaffirm that "Action speaks louder" but also in line with our frequently heard slogan "Leadership by example." Killing two birds with one stone.

Here, I also like to take this opportunity to praise our Agung, King Of Malaysia, who has taken own initiative to remind the Members of Parliament (elected by the people) to behave well in it, i.e. to make good use of this platform to have a healthy debate, instead of unacceptable behaviour which I feel embarrassed to mention here, so as to derive a healthy legislation to govern the country with its best interest, and not for their individual hidden agenda, if applicable.

However, caution need to be taken as far as this message is concerns, this can serve as a double edge sword as well. As such, it is good to be reminded that it should be used for good intention so as to truly transform a nation and its people, as intended. But it is also equally harmful if it is used for the wrong purpose, which we have witnessed numerous events that happened around us.

I would love to get your feedback! What do you think? Please share!! And also, please tweet/fb this post if you liked it! Thanks so much!

HAPPY ENDING FOR IKING

Very happy day to you,

I am sure that many of you, especially Iking's fans, are deeply delighted to see her case, the episode of a triangular affair, finally come to an happy ending. She found great relief after going through this painful and un-productive legal battle, which was reported in many newspapers.

What is worthy of praise for her ex-hubby is his brave and bold actions. It well indicates that he still care and showed concern for his ex-wife, just like many of her fans, regardless whether in the name of love and unity, the fact that he apologized to Darren Choy, for accusing him of enticing his wife even though Darren knew that she was married, The rests are history.

He held himself responsible for what he did, and did not blame others as normally people do, well indicates that this healthy practice is still accepted and practiced in this modern world. In this context, we should not give up hope of restoring Personal Responsibility and keep on educating the public of this noble practice the world is hungry for.

With this happy ending, we believe all affected parties will not let this sad episode to hold them back, but to look forward for better things ahead. This will enable them to live more meaningful and colourful lives, so as to bring more sunshine to the world.

Otherwise, they will be putting unnecessary stress to their lives which is already so stressful to cope with, I believed. I hope we learn this invaluable lesson. One interesting fact to take note is that so many people care and are concern about their lives, particularly Iking, one of the great local celebrities that many of us love.

And last, but not least I hope I have painted it with a right perspective as this episode have attracted so much attention publicly. This is because I feel an obligation to do so, so as to inspire my readers.

Thanks and hope the benefits you gain is worth much more than your precious time you spent in reading this article in particular and the blog as a whole. With love and thanks.

LIFT YOU UP (SONG)

TOP 10 GREEN CITIES IN ASIA PACIFIC

TOP 10 GREEN CITIES IN ASIA PACIFIC
A very great day to everyone,

In today's article I write to bring you good news on Green Issues, which are the most important discussed issues amongst the world leaders. We can't afford to ignore it as the world's disasters happen not only more frequently but also become more damaging in term of its magnitude.

Here, I have a good news to share with you on the recent green city survey. Tokyo, the capital of Japan, has been named the greenest city in the Asia-Pacific region by the specialist consulting firm, Solidiance. Followed by the remaining top 10 cities in this region as follows:-

2) Seoul, South Korea
3) Melbourne, Australia
4) Singapore
5) Osaka, Japan
6) Sydey, Australia
7) Auckland, Australia
8) Busan, South Korea
9) Taipei, Taiwan
10) Hongkong, China

The evaluation criteria used are based on their CO2 emissions, energy usage, transportation facilities, air quality, water, waste treatment, "green space" and "environment government".

Big congratulation to all the above countries. Their actions have really shown that they truly care and love this planet. Another worthy point to note is that making a country progress and at the same time maintaining a green country is possible and never discount on this.

Here, they have set a good model for the rest to follow. Let us ask ourselves a simple question - If we don't care, who else on the earth will care? How could the thousand years of civilization that human beings are proud of, does not reflect these fundamental values?

Hope more of such assessment be done frequently so as to bring awareness and reminders to everyone of this significant issue. At the same time, this exercise will also bring good reputation to those countries that earned high rankings.

In February, Vietnam became the latest country to develop greener urban areas, announcing the construction of a green-tech corridor outside the city of Hanoi and this worthy of praise.

This noble project is expected to be completed over the next 10-15 years, will include renewable energy-powered heating and cooling systems and rainwater collection points. Wish you success, Vietnam.

As shown above, this planet has a great hope as more countries are joining in to participate in these green initiatives. In this connection, it is always good to begin with one individual, no matter how small or big each the contribution. Surely this planet can be saved.

Appreciate if you could do us a favour by reverting us your valuable feedback after you have read it. Thanks and seeing you again.

A MUST READ BOOK FOR THOSE WHO SEEK SUCCESS

A very warm welcome here,

Today I decided to share with you with an unknown author, Mr Wang Tew Jit, or Albert as he is known, who has began to make waves within the mental health community in Malaysia LATE LAST YEAR.

In this connection, we should welcome this book as it arrived in time of uncertainties, which you may have read or heard from media all over the world.  I  strongly believe that this book will help people change their  mindsets on how they view adversity in times of depression and on people suffering from depression, to some extent. This is the author's main intention, similar to the objective of this blog.

I hope that this book can also be used to address the high suicide rate in Malaysia, in particular and the whole world at large. Our official suicide rate, just recently released, is 2 persons a day on average. That statistics evidently reflects the seriousness of this issue and it needs to be addressed immediately. As such, this great challenging issue should be tackled promptly by allocating more funds to attract more talented people to join in, which is also in line with the government's effort of developing Human Capital. Our resources should not be overly spent on mega projects, but more on developing Human Capital, which is the main pillar towards achieving developed country status.

I find that I share the same values as the author of the book, The Colour of My Mind. We can shift the paradigm of our mindsets and view what so ever adversity in a positive perspective. Believe me, this temporary setback is placed to direct you toward the success, you dreamed of, as it helps to eliminate the wrong paths that you have taken. As such, you and I should be happy to accept it with pride and not let it lead to depression or suicide. This proven success formula was discovered by Mr. Thomas Edison, which you and I should accept.

In order for you to obtain the first hand's information, I suggest that you get hold of this book and find out from the author yourself. Please do share with us your findings. Thank you in advance for your kind participation. There is no surprise that the book, The Colour of My Mind, has almost sold out its initial print-run of 3.000 copies. Don't worry because another 5,000 copies are being prepared and can be purchased at Popular, Canaan Land and Glad Sounds book stores. Alternatively, you may seek more information by visiting thecolourofmymind.com.

To shed some light of this author's background, I decided to give you a quick brief on him. He began to encounter major depression in his varsity era in Canada. Back home to Malaysia for his medical follow-ups, it was reported that his depression was apparently part of a larger, more serious, diagnosis medically described as schizophrenia.

Today, Albert feels brighter and better. His self esteem is much higher and his story has been written in full in this book. As the Chinese proverb says "To know the road ahead, ask those who are coming back." I believe you know what I mean here. Enjoy your discovery.

Before you leave this blog, please click at some of the useful advertisements, appended around this blog so as to raise fund for this blog's  outreach initiatives. Big thanks and hugs.

Last but not least, I write to thank Mr. Christopher Fernandez, who has painstakingly written the article "Victory over depression", published in the Star dated March 6, 2011 which is the driving force for me to write this enlightening story in my blog so as to inspire YOU, the main pillar of this blog.

Trust you enjoy this inspiring article and also the above book. Please revert to us your valuable feedback on how we can improve further to serve you better.

Happy reading.

A MUST READ BOOK - THE ROAR OF THE TIGER CUBS

A MUST READ BOOK - THE ROAR OF THE TIGER CUBS
Very warm welcome to this amazing blog,

Today, we  proudly bring you another inspiring and motivational news. I am sure some of you may have heard of this success news achieved by the Malaysian-born twins named Estephe and his sister Perrine Corlin. However, we at this blog will present it from a different perspective in line with the theme of the title of this blog.

It was reported that the above twins scored straight "As" in mathematics papers that are normally done by 16-year-olds. Big congratulation to them and their well guided parents. We, Malaysian are truly proud of your achievement.

When interviewed, their mother attribute their success to a grueling schedule and what's most caught my attention is her description of their success as nothing of what they're doing is impossible. This phrase is so familiar to some of you and evidently proves that hard work and commitment will bear fruits no matter how challenging the environment would be. Thank God that these talented kids are well guided by this wise lady, none other than Rosalind Corlin.

She described her children's book, The Roar of The Tiger Cubs, as "intimate and entertaining", with intention to inspire other children to do well. As such, you are encouraged to grab hold and read this inspiring book so as to obtain first hand valuable tips for yourself. Even better if you could share with your circle of friends in the hope that they can inspire their children as well. Thanks to this great author for their generosity to share their success secret. By doing so, the world will be better off.

This book detailed the busy childhood of the twin prodigies, who are also swimming champions, judo brown belts and sailing veterans. Just imagine that they achieve such a great success at such a young age despite having such a busy daily schedule.

These half-Malaysian and half-French twins told the reporters that they found it challenging having to split time between school, extracurricular activities and writing a book. Here, it is evidently reflected that they not only have positive mindsets, and do not give excuses but always seek means to overcome them. As such, it makes this book A Must Read book for those who seek success.

To get this book. Just scroll down and click at the amazon's site, as append below and order this valuable book Now. Thanks and wish you success,

Appreciate if you could do us a favour by reverting us your valuable feedback after you have read it. Thanks and seeing you again.

Interesting and very thoughtful message for all to read.

Interesting and very thoughtful message for all to read.

This is special

A successful business man was growing old and
Knew it was time to choose a successor to take over the business.

Instead of choosing one of his Directors or his children, he decided to do something different. He called all the young executives in his company together.

He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO. I have decided to choose one of you. "The young executives were Shocked, but the boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a SEED today - one very special SEED. I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you.

I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one

I choose will be the next CEO."

One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted   the seed. Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that  were beginning to grow.

Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew.

Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still

Nothing.

By now, others were talking about their plants,
But Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a failure.

Six months went by -- still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing.
Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however, he just kept watering and fertilizing the soil - He so wanted the seed to grow.

A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company
Brought their plants to the CEO for inspection.

Jim told his wife that he wasn't going to take an empty pot.
But she asked him to be honest about what happened. Jim felt sick to his
Stomach, it was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew his wife was right. He took his empty pot to the board room.

When Jim arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful - in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues  laughed, a few felt sorry for him!

When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his youngexecutives.

Jim just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees and flowers you have grown," said the CEO. "Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!"

All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered the Financial Director to bring him to the front. Jim was terrified. He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!"

When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed,
Jim told him the story.

The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and then announced to the young executives, "Behold your next Chief Executive Officer!

His name is Jim!" Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed.

"How could he be the new CEO?" the others said.

Then the CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone in this room a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was not possible for them to  grow.

All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new

Chief Executive Officer!"

* If you plant honesty, you will reap trust

* If you plant goodness, you will reap friends

* If you plant humility, you will reap greatness

* If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment

* If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective

* If you plant hard work, you will reap success

* If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation

So, be careful what you plant now;
it will determine what you will reap later.

Think about this for a minute.

If I happened to show up on your door step crying, would you care?

If I called you and asked you to pick me up
because something happened, would you come?

If I had one day left to live my life, would you be part of that last day?

If I needed a shoulder to cry on, would you give me yours?

This is a test to see who your real

friends are or if you are just someone to talk to you when they are bored.

Do you know what the relationship is between your two eyes?

They blink together,

they move together,

they cry together,

they see things together,

and they sleep together,

but they never see each other;

that's what friendship is.

Your aspiration is your motivation, your

motivation is your belief,

your belief is your peace,

your peace is your target,

your target is heaven,
and life is like hard core
torture without it!

Who is your best friend?

BEAUTIFUL SOUL WITH BEAUTIFUL HEART

Only a beautiful soul with beautiful heart shines up everyday;
Enables one to spread seeds of happiness and joy,
One shines like a star of hope to the peers,
For the encouragement and hope one gives,
That causes the peers to accomplish
Stronger faith like a rock.
One's laughter and words will drive dark clouds away;
Turn every troubled mind to a rosy one.

Only a beautiful soul with beautiful heart have life,
To serves our God and peers
With humble and full of grace.
The world needs such a person
Who lifts the heart from gloom,
And turns barren places into plants
One's good deeds will shine forever.
Come and join with this person.
