Very happy day to all of my readers and visitors.
To access to the first part of this article, please click at the title above.
In this article, I shall discuss on other major obstacles that prevent you from staying healthy.
3. DISCOURAGEMENT
Similarly, you must have the right perspective and faith to overcome this obstacle. Otherwise you will not have the courage to take action. Just imagine the time when you started to learn how to walk. If you were discouraged by the number of times you fell, then you will never be able to walk till now. No doubt, if you miss the target initially, then you have to learn to adjust and plan your next action. As such, you must clear the distinction between a mistake and a miss.
To encourage yourself to give it a try, you should declare the result a miss rather than a mistake. However if you classify anything that does not go as planned or anything that misses the target as a mistake rather than a miss, then you are going to be very discouraged. I am sure that you will agree with me that the former will encourage you to give it a try, but not the latter. The latter will be holding you back from staying healthy. Therefore to stay healthy, you must have the courage to take appropriate and continual action and these positive actions will maintain your health despite any physical, .mental or spiritual changes.
4. PROBLEM
We must acknowledge that everyone has problems be it serious or minor. By having faith and the right perspective, we can distinguish problems from predicaments.
To live healthy, you must take appropriate action towards controllable factors, and not non-controllable factors. Otherwise, you will be frustrated and angered by their outcomes. Worse still, it will not only tax you unnecessary but also waste your resources and energy. You could otherwise channel them for other more meaningful and beneficial activities. Therefore, it is imperative to place the right focus on major and significant issue to find its solution. There is a saying that every problem besieges an opportunity.
Staying healthy is a problem to most people, if not everyone .Therefore you need to take action to solve it. Inaction will definitely deteriorate your health. . To stay healthy, you must open up all possibilities and take the appropriate action to address the issue you are currently facing, be it physical, mental or spiritual. It must begin with that acknowledgment; followed by action to overcome the problem. Your belief and action will tell you that it is solvable. What you need to do is to seek for a solution. Sneak out your neck, like the turtle and start moving toward a healthy life.
Treat it as a miss if you did not achieve your pre-set target. Review your result together with your action, learn from it and modify your next action. This is the way you should start working towards your healthy lifestyle. You will be assured of its result. Health is wealth, therefore it is worth your effort to stay healthy.
5. CHANGE
Before I proceed further, we need also to acknowledge the fact that to progress is to make changes. Otherwise, you shall remain status quo. You cannot have progress and remain unchanged. That is the truth. Change is unavoidable. As a result we also need to make changes so as to make adequate progress to stay healthy. Otherwise, the dream of staying healthy is just a wish.
To stay healthy, we need to take pro-active action to make the adequate progress to compensate for the physical deterioration due to aging and other adverse factors. But do not get me wrong to say that aging will bring deterioration to you. It depends on the individual and how effectiveness he maintains his health.
To make the changes, it will cost you something, Otherwise there is not any real change. Similarly, it is also true that without any real change, there will not be any growth, so to speak..So, to stay healthy, there must be real growth either physically, mentally or spiritually. In other words, there must be real growth when you sum up the changes in all these aspects that have taken place.
Ironically, people refuse to change but want improvement at the same time. That is the main reason why staying healthy can only become a wish to most people. Inappropriate or unbalanced action taken to address each and every aspect of individual life is also another main contributor to this fact.
6. COMPLACENCY
Most of the time, people feel comfortable when they achieve a small incremental improvement, and not steep improvement. However, the rapidly changing world is demanding more than the people can deliver. Hence it has created unnecessary competition, stress and challenges which have serious impact on our health and happiness.
As such, improvement / advancement in all areas is very much sought after by any individual, who does not hold himself complacent with his status quo but at the same time continue to stay healthy. By doing so, he will not to pursue the highest level of health and not compromise anything less.
In today's complicated and competitive world, we are asserting ourselves to handle a formidable amount of stress. In real life, we cannot run away frustration, disappointment, anger or other adverse emotions. Hence, we need to make changes so that we can cope well, if not better, with this stressful environment.
Therefore, adequate or appropriate measures/actions need to be taken to address this aspect.
7. LACK OF ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE
To stay healthy is a process. Therefore, it needs to be continuous reviewed to determine whether the problem you are working on in is the the right and appropriate one. You have to set your priority right, act and think strategically, review and act promptly, learn and grow. In this manner, you will then be able to maintain the wellness of your health.
Never be tempted to take short cut solution.
I know it is easier said than done. Here, you need lots of practice, positive attitude and a strong mind set to avoid such temptations. In this connection, you need to use your inner peace, which surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind. Otherwise, you will be fighting in vain.
Here, it shows that you need appropriate and adequate knowledge to maintain the wellness of your heart. Therefore, having the right knowledge is a must. Learning is a long process that is constantly changing and updating. Appropriate time is also needed to keep abreast of the latest development in areas relating to the wellness of health.
Thanks for your time and looking forward to seeing you again. So stay tune and realign your focus appropriately to the significant and material issue so as to stay healthy. HEALTH IS WEALTH.
Wishing you health and happiness.

Tips on how to love and save your liver
Happy day to my dearest readers and visitors,
Hope you find this post well. Prevention is always better than cure. As such, below please find the main causes of liver damage you need to aware of:-
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.' Y
Health is wealth.
So, wishing you health and happiness always.

STEPS TO OVERCOME THE MAJOR OBSTACLES OF STAYING HEALTHY ( Part 1)
Happy day to all my loving readers and visitors
LOOKING BACK
Much has already been said about the state of the physical health and its impact on our life style and I cannot deny the fact that the physically affair of health will also affect a person in many ways. However, the mental and spirit health, which has a greater impacts on one’s lifestyle and you cannot afford to undermine as they may overcome the greatest physical disability so as to shape that person’s life..
In this article I shall continue to pay more focus on both the mental and spiritual aspects of health. I would like to reiterate the fact that they can even compensate for whatever physical defect one may have. Therefore they should receive MUCH of your attention and PRIORITY.
Maintaining a positive inner health while living a healthy life is a like running a race that includes hurdles. So never expect life to be easy and smooth. Otherwise when you encounter any hurdles, you may become angry or fearful or doubtful. This is because you do not have the experience or expertise to handle these hurdles. Therefore you will either wait for someone to remove the obstacle, or take a shortcut solution or you just simply give up in desperation. At times, short cut solutions such as taking a much higher, than permitted, doses of medicine may seem to be a feasible solution.
To stay healthy, you ought to expect that you have to face hurdles. You must be aware that it is a continuing act/process per se and overcoming hurdles is part and parcel of life. As a result, you need to respond to it appropriately. By having the right perspective, you will be able to tackle these challenges positively instead of running away from them.
Therefore, it is very much easier to stay healthy when everything is going your way smoothly. However, the trouble is that things cannot always be at status quo; your age is catching up ; more and more deadly and life threatening diseases are emerging. Whether you like it or not, you need a much stronger determination to deal with these challenges as and when it arises.
However, it is sad that most people have either overlooked or neglected this point.
LOOKING FORWARD
Moving forward I shall discuss some of the major obstacles that may prevent you from staying healthy. Questions such as the types of obstacles; the extent and how they can affect your lifestyle would be uppermost in your mind. Here, I shall give you some insight as to how to overcome these obstacles effectively.
1. ANXIOUS
Anxiety is an emotion that burns out lots of your energy and stress you out unnecessary. If you are not careful you will be drown with more and more worry; far more than necessary; in any of your situation. It will not only over load you with problems, real and perceived, but will also shake your confidence ultimately.
Here, we must also be very clear of the difference between worry and concern. A worried person sees a problem, and whereas a concerned person solve a problem. To become an effective problem solver, you need to focus on things that you can control. So, give Today your attention and not Yesterday or Tomorrow. If you have done it to the best of your ability, then you should not worry about it anymore, as nothing can change it further.
On the other hand, if you allow anxiety to take control of you, then it will make the distinction between problem and predicament blur. I shall deal these two terms shortly. Here, you must know precisely where to draw the boundary and what you really need to rectify your situation, not anything more than that.. If not, you will be taxed with all the unnecessary worries that will slow down your action and you will be tormented thinking of all the negative consequences. If not careful, it will eventually cause you to break down or go into depression.
Therefore, it is crucial for you to have the right and appropriate perspective to solve any hurdles that may crop up. Otherwise, you will end up with sleepless night as your mind will be actively thinking of its adverse implications, thus creating more harm to you.
As such, we must be aware that our anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empty today of its strengths. As a result, you cannot stay healthy if you have lots of anxieties. That is why it is important to be in control of yourself at ALL TIMES.
2. FEAR
People have fear because of uncertainty, sudden attack, panic or that can make them captive. Fear can be real or perceived through the individual personal deception.. Both are equally harmful to the individual if left unchecked. Therefore, a person cannot allow fear to control him if he wants to stay healthy.
You may have heard of the saying that fear breeds fear. Once you allow fear to creep into your mind, you will think of all the negative consequences until your mind is saturated with all the negative impacts and eventually it will take complete control of your mind and cause you to black out. As a result, you are not only inactive, but your health will be deteriorating.
Hence it will make you fearful of doing something that may actually be beneficial to you. Let us be very clear that taking action will require you to move into the unknown which can be scary at times. But if you give in to your fear, you cannot move forward. You cannot neither benefit from what you avoid, nor be able to gather any valuable experience that would make you better informed.
So, stay tuned for the part 2.

A story of Humanity
Very happy to you my loving readers and visitors,
Trust this post will touch you!
At a fund raising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question:
'When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection.
Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do.
Where is the natural order of things in my son?'
The audience was stilled by the query.
The father continued. 'I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.'
Then he told the following story:
Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, 'Do you think they'll let me play?' I knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.
I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, 'We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning.'
Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted.
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.
In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again.
Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.
At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?
Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.
However, as Shay stepped up to the
plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.
The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.
As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.
The game would now be over.
The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman.
Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.
Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates.
Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, 'Shay, run to first! Run to first!'
Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base.
He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.
Everyone yelled, 'Run to second, run to second!'
Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base..
By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . The smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.
He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman' s head.
Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home..
All were screaming, 'Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay'
Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, 'Run to third!
Shay, run to third!'
As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, 'Shay, run home! Run home!'
Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team
'That day', said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, 'the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world'.
Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!
AND NOW A LITTLE FOOT NOTE TO THIS STORY:
We all share thousands of jokes without a second thought, but when it comes to share messages about life choices, people hesitate.
The crude, vulgar, and often obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion about decency is too often suppressed in our schools and workplaces.
If you're thinking to share about this message, chances are that you're probably sorting out the people in your address book who aren't the 'appropriate' ones to direct them to this blog. Well, the person who direct you here believes that we all can make a difference.
We all have thousands of opportunities every single day to help realize the 'natural order of things.'
So many seemingly trivial interactions between two people present us with a choice:
Do we pass along a little spark of love and humanity or do we pass up those opportunities and leave the world a little bit colder in the process?
A wise man once said, every society is judged by how it treats it's least fortunate amongst them.
You now have a choice:
1. Do nothing about it
2. Direct your friends to read this post.
May your day, be a Shay Day!
