We write to share the good news with you that:-
President Barack Obama outlined plans on Monday to spend about US$59 billion in economic stimulus funds and US$150 billion from the federal budget to promote what he calls America's 'clean-energy future'.
We should give his noble plan a thumb up, as it is not only stimulate the global financial crisis, but at the same time taking this bold step to address the global warmer issue.
As such, we being the rests of the countries, should not only follow this noble plan, but take it seriously and make this issue top priority rather than spending time to quarrel petty issue - telling the whole world that we are bankrupt of ideas.
