BRIDGE ... AMAZING AND UNIQUE 8

Dear loving readers,

This will be my last post on bridge this year. However, you are always welcome to view it at any time convenient to you. Thanks for your support.

In this article, I am going to present you another amazing bridge, which is none other than:-

Hegigio Gorge Pipeline Bridge , Southern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea

This bridge supports two pipelines - one gas and the other oil - across the extremely deep gap in Papua New Guinea . If this were to be officially recognized as a vehicular or pedestrian bridge, then it would rocket to the top of the 'world's highest bridge-span' with the pipelines at an impressive height of 1,290 ft above the bottom of the gorge..... By comparison, the current highest bridge span belongs to the Royal Gorge Bridge in Colorado, hanging a mere 1,053 ft above ground level.

This bridge has created another spectacular records for the highest bridge in the world. No doubt, its purpose is very different from others. But, it is not wrong to be categorized it as  a bridge. It reminds us that nothing is impossible, so long you have the will and determination. So, why limit your boundary?

You should set your own record and stress yourself to the maximum so as to leave a good legacy - like the above bridge. In life, it is always good to begin with a big dream. Do all your best to move towards your pre-set goals. Prepare to pay a heavy price while you are in the process of achieving it, so that you wouldn't be caught by surprise.

Life is short, so dream Big. Whether you achieve it or not is a totally different issue. At least, you have tried it. You shall be rest assured that you will have the satisfaction. On the other hand, you may be condemned by the whole world. Have you not heard of Noah the Arch?

Give the above thought a serious consideration. Please do share with us should you have other interpretation. Thanks for your precious time and trust the above lesson is worth more than your time.

The bridge in Rouen, France is amazing and unique. I have a friend who lives there and he is very proud of it.

The one in Singapore is truly unique.

The bridge in China is breathtaking--literally.

The rolling bridge is one of my favorites!

I have received a postcard of the Brasilian bridge and you have to see it at night. It's spectacular!

And the Kintai bridge is really interesting!

Thanks Oh Boon!

Sheila,

Thanks for your wise thought and support. So, continue your journey for those who have began; begin your journey for those who have not.

I like it how you compare our life to the bridge.

"Life is short, so dream Big. Whether you achieve it or not, that is totally a different issue at all. At least, you have tried it." Too true, unfortunately most of us never really try.

Klamat,

Thanks for your comments. I agree with your view because most of us wanted to follow the normal path of life. To be able to stand out from the crowd, we must be different.

Have a blessed day everyday,

Sashindoubutsu,

I am very glad that you tell me about your fear and I must let you know that you are not alone. So do not let this fear to hold you back. Instead you must look at the reward part and drive yourself to overcome this fear. Try it on small issue first and build it up as you have gained your confident.

Sashindoubutsu,

I have tried numerous times to visit your blog, but in vain. The most I can access to is to your profile only. Please check and let me know the outcome. Thank you in advance.
