NEVER JUDGE

A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for

an urgent surgery. He answered the call asap, changed his 

clothes & went directly to the surgery block. He found the 

boy’s father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor. Onseeing him, the dad yelled:

“Why did U take all this time to come? Don’t U know that my 

son’s life is in danger? Don’t U have any sense of 

responsibility?”

The doctor smiled & said:

“I am sorry, I wasn’t in the hospital & I came as fast as I 

could after receiving the call…… And now, I wish you’d 

calm down so that I can do my work”

“Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, 

would U calm down? If your own son dies now what will U 

do??” said the father angrily.

The doctor smiled again & replied: “I will say what Job said 

in the Holy Book “From dust we came & to dust we return, 

blessed be the name of God”. Doctors cannot prolong lives. 

Go & intercede for your son, we will do our best by God’s 

grace”

“Giving advises when we’re not concerned is so easy” 

Murmured the father.

The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy, “Thank goodness!, your son is saved!” And without waiting for the father’s reply he carried on his way running. 

“If U have any question, ask the nurse!!”

“Why is he so arrogant? He couldn’t wait some minutes so that I ask about my son’s state” Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.

The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: “His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was in the burial when we called him for your son’s surgery. And now that he saved your son’s life, he left running to finish his son’s burial.”

Moral-Never judge anyone….. because U never know how their life is & what they’re going through”

Biography

I am in the final stages of metastatic colon cancer. I have just finished my 26th round of chemotherapy. In 2 weeks, I will have another scan to see which organ in my body Cancer has chosen to dance with next.
It has been a very difficult time. My writing has helped me to deal with death as if it is some sort of supernatural being I need to fight and expel myself. 

I have to go deep within myself and find my own inner peace and magic. Writing makes me happy, perhaps it is my armor. Perhaps my story is meant to be shared.

Words are Power. Words are strength. Words are my legacy. Words touch the heart, the soul and the spirit. I pray my words help in the fight with cancer.

FAITH TO OVERCOME

Living with murderers, drug dealers, frauds and broken humanity, her prayers for deliverance were not answered the way she expected. Instead the Lord delivered her "through the fire..." Prison was not part of Trish Jenkins’ ministry plans but it happened. Conned by a fraud and a breach of the Corporations Act meant losing her multi-million dollar portfolio, including her family home. It also meant this Australian mother served 8 months in prison, isolated from her husband and 3 little girls.

TREASURE IS FOUND IN DARK PLACES

Instead of succumbing to despair and self-pity, Trish chose to believe the Word of God and in doing so, she introduced many other prisoners to Christ. In the darkness, Trish found keys to freedom and courage and a deeper walk with the Holy Spirit.

Trish felt compelled to record everything she experienced. She

wrote letters to her family and friends by writing letters to her 

husband, who then copied the letter to an email that went out to a 

list that grew rapidly. Those emails went viral and Trish’s readers 

shared her journey with her. What she couldn’t put in letters due to 

their sensitive nature, she wrote in a private journal.

From stories of winning over bullies, to the despair of persecution 

for her faith, Trish shares her journey with warmth and candour.

Today Trish shares her hard-won “Treasures” as an entertaining, insightful speaker and author, inspiring audiences to be courageous in all circumstances. Ministering effectively to both Christian and secular audiences, she is warm, compassionate and funny! The book makes readers have a better picture and imagination about life. All the keywords are associated and integrated with each piece so as to reflect well the completeness and wholeness of life. In short, everything you read and see is deserves an applause for its rich contents. You will be rest assured that you will never be the same after reading and understanding this thought stimulating book. The results are far beyond words.

In 1987, a 74-year old rickshaw puller by the name of Bai Fangli came back to his hometown planning to retire from his backbreaking job. There, he saw children working in the fields, because they were too poor to afford school fees.

Bai returned to Tianjin and went back to work as a rickshaw puller, taking a modest accommodation next to the railway station. He waited for clients 24 hours a day, ate simple food and wore discarded second-hand clothes he found. He gave all of his hard-earned earnings to support children who could not afford education.

In 2001, he drove his rickshaw to Tianjin YaoHua Middle School, to delive...r his last installment of money. Nearly 90 years old, he told the students that he couldn't work any more. All of the students and teachers were moved to tears.

In total, Bai had donated a total of 350,000 yuan to help more than 300 poor students continue with their studies. In 2005, Bai passed away leaving behind an inspiring legacy.

If a rickshaw-puller who wore used clothes and had no education can support 300 children to go to school, imagine what you and I can do with the resources we have to bring about positive change in our world!
