“Alright…” the mother said, “Drink some of this cooking oil.” Shocked, the daughter responded, “What?!? No way!

“How about a couple of raw eggs?” To this the daughter responded, “Are you kidding?”

“How about a little flour?” “No, mom, I’ll be sick!”

The mother responded, “All of these things are uncooked and taste bad, but if you put them together… They make a delicious cake!”

God works the same way. When we ask ourselves why does he make us go through these difficult times, we don’t realize the what/where these events may bring us. Only He knows and he will not let us fall. We don’t need to settle for the raw ingredients, trust in Him… And see something fantastic come about!

God loves us so much… He send us flowers every spring…

He makes the sun rise every morning…

And anytime you need to talk… He is there to listen!

He can live anywhere in the universe… But He chooses to live in your heart!

有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆

his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that
is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。

Everything begins with Him and Ends with Him as well. He provides all our needs such as He gives us life, Word to guide us and every of our needs such as food, place, air, water, and sun. He fulfill all our needs be it physical, biological, mental and spiritual. In shorts, we provide everything inclusive of happiness, joys, mercy, etc..if we really understand and view it from His perspective.

It forms one of key fundamental pillars of the Christian walk. As such, we must be aware and understand it true meaning. With faith, we are able to believe God when He says that something will to pass or that He will do something for everyone who believe Him. With faith, we will not stumble through our journey. We stumble because we feel the pain, discomfort, worry or fear that all from our flesh or carnal thinking. What we don’t see is that the Heavenly Father is awaiting to reward you with the throne at the finishing line of the race. He knows everything you gone through the race. He even send the Holy Spirit to accompany you, guide you, cheer you, help you and everything you need so as to finish the race.

By now, you can see that the assurance of faith is indispensable for a healthy, powerful growth in the Lord. That’s why God wants us to take and lay up His Word in our heart, because that is the way to strengthen your faith.

或許這篇你早已看過…但,真的有做到嗎……

"多欣賞、少挑剔"，"多灑香水、少吐苦水"
曾有一個大學女學生，與男友交往一年多了，兩人感情蠻穩定的，所以，這女生也就將家人的狀況告訴男友。
她說，她媽媽的脾氣有點怪，常亂發脾氣、或打罵兒女；一有看不順眼的事，就破口大罵，把家裡的人罵得狗血淋頭，而鄰居們也都對她母親敬而遠之。
因此，她在成長過程中，就時常忍受母親「歇斯底里」的怪異脾氣、以及鄰居的「異樣眼光」。
一天，這女生和男友因小事吵架，兩人在爭執不下時，男友突然半開玩笑地說 道：「妳真是無理取鬧耶，妳這種脾氣，跟妳媽有什麼兩樣？」
就這麼一句話，這女生掉頭就走！而且，這一翻臉走人，就再也沒有回頭的餘地！
"為什麼呢？這只不過是一句隨便說說的玩笑話而且，她幹嘛那麼在意？也不讓我有道歉的機會…."男友不解地向朋友訴說委屈，因他不覺得自己犯下什麼滔天大錯。
然而，這女生的態度卻十分堅決，因為她認為－－我將心中的"至痛"全都告訴你，只因你是我的"最愛"；可是，你為什麼要將我"最痛的傷口"拿出來"戳戳看"？
你可知道，我的心好痛、好痛，而且還在淌血嗎？你怎麼"不顧及我的感受？"
" 就這樣，這對情侶因男友一句無心的玩笑話，分手了！這女生始終無法忘懷男友那句讓她"傷心入骨"的話，也深怕那句話，哪天還可能再度深深地戳入她心底，因此，她絕不"重拾舊好"。這真是讓我們警惕－－"勿讓無心話，傷害有情人啊！"
不过"得饒人處且饒人"，尤其是對自己最親密的人所說的"無心話"，是否一定要判定為"罪不可赦"，甚至造成感情上兩敗俱傷的"雙輸"呢？



曾有五位年輕朋友一起開車去聚餐，可是在停車場找車位時，因假日的關係，車子停得十分凌亂、擁擠。
正當開車的宗賢心煩地在大小車陣中前進、且找不到停車位時，旁坐的女友心潔以溫和的口吻說："宗賢，小心一點，快擦撞到了哦！"
宗賢看了看兩邊後視鏡，沒說話，只是繼續前進。
不久，心潔又有些擔心地說："小心、小心， 慢一點，這樣會擦到右邊的車子哦！"
這時，宗賢不耐煩地說："好啦，我知道啦，我自己會看啦！妳不要一直嘮叨、一直製造緊張好不好？真是囉嗦！"
這時，車內的氣氛凝結住了，大家都不知道說什麼好，也都沒再說話。
好不容易找到停車位後，大家進入餐廳聚餐；當大家先喝著冰涼的開水時，心潔突然對大家說道："我今天好開心哦！"
好友小珊聽了，說道："心潔，我覺得每次看到妳，妳好像都很開心！"
"是啊，我只要一想到宗賢是我男朋友，常辛苦開車載我，我就覺得很開心、很快樂啊！"心潔神情愉快地對著大夥兒說。
而這麼一說，在旁的男友宗賢反而一陣臉紅，有點"不好意思"，也為他自己剛才在找停車位時的"不耐煩口氣"，向心潔和大夥兒致歉！

有人說："愈親密的人，愈知道怎麼傷害對方。"
的確，最愛你的人，常"傷害你最深"！而且，身旁最親密的人不必"用力戳"，只要隨便"劃一刀"，就會使自己痛得不得了；就像本文中的大學女生，被男友無心的一句話刺痛得"恨之入骨"一樣。
所以，在男女溝通出現小的"傷口"和"裂痕"時，就必須趕快"彌補"，而不能"以己度人"地認為："開開玩笑而巳嘛，有什麼好生氣的？"－－畢竟每個人最痛的"致命傷"不一樣，不能"想當然耳"呀！
其實，"主動道歉"並不是"認輸"，而是"真正成熟"的表現；只有放下自 尊，謙卑、主動地伸出"道歉、示好"的手，才能彌補雙方逐漸擴大的"裂痕"啊！
常言道：夫妻有四種－－"打罵夫妻、互管夫妻、互助夫妻、感恩夫妻。"
"打罵、互管"的夫妻，真的是稀鬆平常、到處可見；但要做到"相互感恩"的夫妻，則並不容易、也不多見啊！
因為有些太太時常哭哭啼啼地埋怨－－"婚前，他可以一邊喝咖啡、一邊聽我訴說一個下午，現在我唸他幾句，他都謙我囉嗦！婚前，他都把我當成手心的寶；婚後，他卻把我當成手上的草！嗚.."
不過，也有一個王太太時常公開地稱讚她先生說："我這個老公啊，人真是很好，我真的很佩服他，因為他經常『勇於認錯』，只是『絕不改過』！"
說真的，"多欣賞、少挑剔"，"多感恩、少責備"，"多灑香水、少吐苦水"，就一定可以減少生活中的磨擦。

Be cautious when buying mandarin oranges

Chinese new year is drawing near.

When buy Chinese oranges please beware of the worms inside. These worms are very similar to the texture of the orange and therefore can only be observe if you look carefully (long sighted person may not notice).

The Chinese government had in fact made effort to destroy hundreds of tons of these oranges and compensate the farmers for these. But however some culprit may still sell it illegally. That's why we need to be careful.

最近不要吃桔子了啊！

今年四川的桔子遭受了一种寄生虫的灾害，叫柑蛆而且是肉眼能够看得见的寄生

虫。光拨开橘子皮还不能看见，要把每个桔子外边的那层皮也拨掉才能看见！

据说政府以每斤几毛钱的价格收购果农手里染病的桔子然后深埋，但还是有财迷心窍
的果农偷偷把染病的桔子批发出去了！

所以说现在市场上的川桔要小心！据说华西都市报写了这件事，虽不知道真假，但大
家还是注意一下吧

"我长这么大，还没有见过在橘子瓣的肉里隐藏那么多的蛆伢子，真是稀奇……"3日下
午，在广元旺苍县嘉川镇鸡鸣山上的果园里，石桥村六组67岁的陈显阳老人对自己脚
下正在作深埋处理的5000多公斤柑橘很是感慨。在老人身后的山坡上，200多壮劳力和
他一样，正在橘园里采摘最后的果实，然后集中堆放，挖坑消毒深埋这些大多数还泛
着青光的果实。

鸡鸣山果园是广元市有名的柑橘园。陈显阳老人把记者带到了一个刚刚采摘完果实的

橘园，树上已空空荡荡，不留一枚果实。在一块喽云教沟牡胤剑幻咨睢宽、五米长的"

葬橘"坑已经挖好，坑的外沿密密麻麻堆放着几千公斤橘子，正在等待运送来消毒的石

灰就可以开始处理。在一半青一半黄的橘子堆上，陈显阳随手捡起三只橘子，外表好

好的，没有裂口也没有孔眼，一个一个分开外壳后，粗略一看，也没有什么异样，但

当他选择一瓣橘子撕开绯红的橘肉，记者立即看到两条比米粒长的白白的蛆虫爬了出
来……

陈显阳说，自己和村里人是9月27日被通知上山采摘柑橘果实的，"树上一个不留，统
统由政府收购。摘光、埋光、杀光。"

"白白的蛆虫学名叫大实蝇，俗称柑蛆。"负责处理病虫害果实的嘉川镇农业服务站站
长高鸣胜解答了记者的疑惑。

高鸣胜说："柑蛆作为一种寄生虫在果园生存并不奇怪，但像今年这样大面积暴发，产

生灾难性的后果实属罕见。"据高鸣胜讲，最先发现柑蛆的是相邻的尚武镇。随后县政

府立即组织有关专家到相邻乡镇展开排查，很快，毗邻尚武镇的4个乡镇发现了较大面

积的柑蛆。9月27日，县政府的柑橘大实蝇疫情防控通告发布，根据处置办法，先要将

树上成熟、未成熟的果实全部采摘下来，按照每公斤0.30元的标准由政府统一收
购，然后深埋、消毒作无公害化处理。


鸡鸣山是嘉川镇上最大的连片果园，经过200多人7天的辛劳，截至3日下午，已经采摘
处理了25万公斤。

A True Perfectionist

A friend of mine declared, "I used to think I was a perfectionist. I found the tiniest flaws in everything. Then I realized I was not a perfectionist at all; I was an imperfectionist! If I was a perfectionist, I would see perfection wherever I look."

The life we experience is the product of the vision we use to interpret events. At any moment we can see through the eyes of appreciation or criticism. And we will see more of whatever we are focusing on. We master the game of life by finding good wherever we look. And there is much good to be found.

While having lunch with some business associates at an upscale restaurant, one of our party asked the waiter for an unusual dish not on the menu. The waiter replied that he would ask the chef to accommodate the request. Then another member of our group sarcastically commented, "I'll bet that will just tweak the chef's day!"
But the waiter did not flinch. "Actually," he replied smoothly, "I'm sure he will be glad to accommodate you -- this gives him a chance to shine."

Every situation gives us a chance to shine, if we recognize our power as creative spirits. No situation is any one way, except what we make it. You can make anything out of anything. So why not make it perfect?

The story is told about a man who was walking along a city street when a flower pot fell off a sill above him and crashed at his feet, missing him by inches. There are four paths of response the man might take. First, the path of knee-jerk reaction: he would yell a curse toward the window or perhaps dash up the stairs, find the owner, and punch him out. Second, the path of the victim: this experience would confirm his belief that the world is out to get him, and he would go about the rest of his day protecting himself from evil, retelling his story many times. Third, the path of detachment: he would rationalize that this was his karma, do nothing, and just keep walking. Finally, the path of love: he would go to the flower store on the corner, buy a new plant, and deliver it to the person whose plant had been blown off the sill by the wind.

Shakespeare declared, "There is nothing good or bad, but thinking makes it so." We see the world not as it is, but as we are. Changing the world is not about setting it right, but seeing it right. If you believe the world is broken and you need to fix it, you will find more and more things broken. If you see the world as whole and beautiful, you will find more and more things to celebrate.

Ram Dass noted there are three kinds of people: those who say, "not enough!"; those who say, "too much!"; and those who say, "ah, just right!" Actually, there are just two kinds of people, for "too much" of one thing is really "not enough" of another. We are continuously choosing between affirmation and resistance.

Does seeing perfection mean we are to simply be passive observers and sit around and do nothing? Not at all. Perfection includes the process of changing, growing, expanding, improving, and moving ahead. But our actions to improve do not proceed from an attitude of pushing against lack. They proceed from a sense that things are already good, and wouldn't it be a delightful adventure to make them better? The true perfectionist creates effective change by seeing the highest possibilities and becoming so excited about them, that conditions must rise to match the vision.
Several years ago while I was walking through the Los Angeles airport, I felt annoyed by the massive construction going on. I saw ugly makeshift plywood walls to my left and right, a maze of paint-laden scaffolds, and long winding detours to baggage claim. I grumbled to myself about what a mess the place was, and how long it was taking to fix it. Then I discovered a sign that stopped me in my tracks. It was an artist's rendering of what the airport would look like when the construction was complete. It was magnificent! The glass atrium roofs, sleek marbled corridors, and potted palms were a delight to behold -- a far cry from the current mess. Then I relaxed. If that is what this is leading to, I thought, then I am glad they are doing it. When I dropped my resistance, I enjoyed the process, including the construction phase.

The entire universe is in a construction phase, never totally complete as it is, but always perfect as it unfolds. When you appreciate the beauty as you go, you become a true perfectionist.

Changes

Changes is inevitable. Changes is good, that why God made such changes throughout our lives for His purpose. In fact, everything change over time, except God and His Word.

As such, we at this blog remind you that you must be ready to expect the unexpected, that is life. God never give overcoming life, but give you life to overcome all challenges - that makes your life colorful and meaningful.

Without change, there is no progress. Just imagine the day man were created. If there is no changes, you were not existed. Similarly, even if you were born , you were not grow old and grow up as well. Therefore, it is naturally that we are used to the changes directly or indirectly. That is nothing to be fear of, so long as you abide to His word. He is inside you and of course He is guiding you along, so long as you are listen to the voice of your heart, and not your flesh.

He is sovereign, yet He honors all His covenants. That's why we call His covenants everlasting covenants, a promise through blood, has a very great significant effect and important. From the Scripture, you can all His deliver all His covenants from day one such promises made to Moses where He part the Red Sea; Joshua - the destruction of Jericho; Abraham - father of all nations and endless examples.

With the economic and political uncertainty, we urge you to be strong and never be influenced by your sight. Focus on Him and be strong on your faith. Be faithful to your death, the rewards of your faithfulness is far greater than any thing on earth. Always bear in mind that whatever on earth is temporary in nature. You should look far beyond your life on earth . The plain truth is that naked you come; naked you go. Therefore, it is wise to store wealth on eternity, which is permanent in nature.

BE BRAVE

In this blog we have passed on to you what others taught us about life; now it's your duty to pass that on to others. Together we move forward to create a better world for our next generations. Therefore, we urge you to speak out bravely, carrying what He has planned for us. Remember the phrase in Philippians 4:13 I can do everything through Christ who strengthen me. If you face any difficulty, remember He is inside you and ask Him for help. He shall never abandon any of us, because He cares for everyone. We ought to walk by faith, and not by sight. Never let your eye to sidetrack us. What is more important is those invisible and permanent in nature. What we can see will be in temporary nature and will perish over times.

We pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts.

ONE PARAGRAPH WHICH EXPLAINS LIFE!

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which
he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in
1983.

From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which
conveyed: "Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?

To this Arthur Ashe replied:

"The world over -- 50 million children start playing tennis, 5
million learn to play tennis, 500,000 learn professional tennis,
50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach
Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals, when I was holding a
cup I never asked GOD 'Why me?'. And today in pain I should not be
asking GOD 'Why me?' "

"Happiness keeps you Sweet, Trials keep you Strong, Sorrow keeps
you Human, Failure keeps you humble and Success keeps you glowing,
but only Faith & Attitude Keeps you going...

11 things you will not learn in school - Bill Gates

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with this!

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality.
This concept set them up for failure in the real world.



Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills,cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Through the window

A young couple moved into a new neighbourhood.
The next morning while they are eating breakfast,
the young woman sees her neighbour hanging the
wash outside.

"That laundry is not very clean", she said. "She
doesn't know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she
needs better laundry soap"

Her husband looked on, but remained silent. Every
time her neighbour would hang her wash to dry, the
young woman would make the same comments.

About one month later, the woman was surprised to
see a nice clean wash on the line and said to her
husband: "Look, she has learned how to wash correctly.
I wonder who taught her this?"

The husband said, "I got up this morning and cleaned
our windows."

And so it is with life. What we see when
watching others, depends on the purity of the
window through which we look.

In my preceding article, we share with you the truth that it all starts with God. The crucial point of it is that this is the truth. It has been well supported by documentary evidence such as scripture, abundance of signs and wonders surrounding us.

If these still cannot convince you, you may find abundance of other physical evidences such as past and current testimonials from witnesses who have seen such miracles and other physical evidences unearthed by the archeologists.

However, you may even hear directly from the living witnesses. Even up to date there are still abundance of miracles happens everyday and everywhere, which have been eye witnessed by thousands or millions people, some of them are even well supported by scientific proof.

Another advantage for you to believe in God is that it offers you another territory zone known as spiritual world, where science has no access to it. It is well accepted fact that science can access to the human being from mental and physical aspects only, but no access to the human spiritual aspect, which is even more powerful than our mental aspect. Hence, you may see that you leave out a crucial components of the human beings.

Once you believe in God, you may also be able to see the invisible world once you have equipped with His words and believe in it. As it will also serve as mirror to reveal the carnal nature of yourself to you, which otherwise you are not capable to see by your own means.

You must note that it is supreme important for you to see through yourself because you will then be able to stress your potential to the maximum. Another word, His Word will give you grace, power, endurance, whatsoever to overcome the barriers you otherwise not possible to overcome it. As such, you may be used by Him to do His purpose so as to solve the world issue at large. That's why it is paramount important for us to realize our own selves. You may also realize that human by his own nature practice double standard, yet their expect the other people not do the same. This have been applied across all levels of social position of that particular person. Worst still, some of them, even at a very high level of official ranking can sing different songs at different situations. No doubts, they may appear to be a just and person. But if you look deep inside that particular action of theirs, the truth will surface. The question arises whether are they do it deliberately or unintentionally. We do hope that the latter is the case. Otherwise, we will pray for them that God reveal to them. Amen.

Some may argue that believe in God is the shifting of mindset and focus. We, like to iterate that it is far more than that. It is also very difficult to use words to describe the true experience unless you have personally gone through such process. Once you have taste the fruit of the spiritual fruit, you will know that how sweet is it and you will not want to let it go, at whatever price. Because you know that it is worth to do so. That is why you will see so many Christians can conquer even death. To them, death is joyful thing, contrary to common belief and tradition. If you look at the Chinese tradition, they will not discuss about this subject, despite that the fact that you will face it one day. Not facing it, does not mean that you have solved it, or it has no existence. But, we rather put it as they have a fear on this subject. Alternatively, they do not have the courage to talk about it. Won't you think that it is more appropriate that we take the courage to face it and solve it, once and for all, if there is a solution to it. Nothing is impossible, every issue has its solution. Because God is great, He makes all solutions available in His word and we need to seek Him for guidance from time to time, so that we do not depart from His word. It is also true to say that Christian is not a religion per se, but rather than building personal relationship with God. He gave you a DIRECT ACCESS to Him, which works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you don't need to go operator or answering machine, full coverage at any and every corner of the world, you may use any dialect or language He can understand, even you don't speak, He can also understand through your gesture. A very strong and powerful communication line to you to keep constant in touch with you, because He cares and loves you. So, He will guide you to do what He has planned for you, well before you were born, if you were consulted Him - all these are well recorded in the book of life.
