STRONG HEALTHY at 75
I met a petrol kiosk staff at age 75 with one leg limping.
He looks very healthy though working in a petrol fume environment.
He doesn't need to work at all as his 2 sons now in Singapore can fund his living expenses. But like most typical Chinese every little bit helps
I ask his secret for being healthy.
His answer - Without owning a car, he walks daily 5km to work
He NEVER EATS to his fill- always half full only.
He stops eating after 7pm and sleeps early before 10 pm
He never needs a gym or do jogging etc!
He can be a good model to many of us in terms of health
