Leadership

Leadership is influencing.

It's simple and straightforward, one word description that places leadership within everyone's reach. This is true and not necessary mean that it is only applicable to leader - a common misconception amongst vast majority.

Naturally everyone can exercise a certain degree of influence on someone, at some point, in some place. For example a parent is a leader for his children. Therefore, it is obvious that leadership isn't about titles and positions.

In a nutshell, so long as you can exercise a certain influence directly, indirectly, expressly or impliedly through your words, actions, conduct, behaviors or thoughts. All these influences can be either good or bad. Therefore, every one of us should be extra careful so as not to fall into the trap of bad influences or the victim of bad leader.

To function as a light and not be ashamed of Christ, you need to let your brightness shine on the darkness. Let the people be attracted to you and lead the people to live in the brightness.

Be more generous and lead people to the right path - show your care and love to others.
