How many of you agree to the accuracy of the above statement? I do.

Have you ever had a time in your life where you realised that you have changed and progressed? There was so much you went through and so much you learned about yourself and what's really important to you. Don't be afraid because it is a good sign.

Years pass by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt, poison and any unwanted entering our body. With time, the salt accumulates and this needs to undergo cleaning treatments and how are we going to overcome this?

It is very easy, first take a bunch of parsley or Cilantro ( Coriander Leaves ) and wash it clean
Then cut it in small pieces and put it in a pot and pour clean water and boil it for ten minutes and let it cool down and then filter it and pour in a clean bottle and keep it inside refrigerator to cool.

Drink one glass daily and you will notice all salt and other accumulated poison coming out of your kidney by urination also you will be able to notice the difference which you never felt before.

After obtaining a satisfactory answer on how to describe an elephant to a blind person from my ex-classmate, who is an eye specialist, I then raise another question as follow:-

How to tell blind people about colours?

The answer from him sounds solid and valid to me.

“Black and other colors arise as a result of differentiation by our sense organs. And our sense organ differentiate objects according to the way it configures so human eyes can perceive only light of a certain wavelength whereas other organisms has eyes that can see different spectrums of light. So, an object may appear different to the human eye compare to eyes of other organism. So what appears black to us may appear to be other color to other organs. And because the mind is constantly bombarded by infinite information from our sense organs, we forget the real nature of the mind and regards the sensual world as real. When a person is in deep prayer or meditation, the surreal/tranquil state that arises is due to disconnection of the mind from the sensory input. That’s the real nature of the mind: complete and perfect.

In short there is no black or white….only emptiness. Our mind has been tricked..

Recently, I had a disputed question as to how can one effectively describe an elephant to a blind person who has never seen it? From my experience, once you shout it out to the world, you will somehow receive the answer.

One powerful and meaningful answer I received from my former classmate who is an eye specialist. Wow! I love the way he puts it as :-

"The blind can see with the heart,..I think the most important trait of a good speaker is sincerity, the audience will be able to feel the good will of the speaker to share his knowledge if it is done selflessly. Of course, in a mixed audience you need to address the kindergarten as well as the post graduate students so it is no easy task. "

The above answer really awaken me and finally I discovered the new founded path. Excellent! I am very fortunate to obtain the answer by shouting out my issue.

CLASSIC STORY - SIX BLIND MEN AND ELEPHNAT

When we were in primary school, one of the classic story we learned was the six blind men touching an elephant trying to figure out what it is like. At that time it was just a story to us kids but it actually carry a very important moral.

If you did not get that, read the last paragraph below. This is the story that should be retold to your grand kids.

One day, six blind men went on a walk and met, on their way, a man riding an elephant. These people have heard much of elephants, but have never been close to one of the hulking beasts. They were curious, and asked the rider to allow them to touch the animal, so they can return to the village and explain to the rest of the blind what the elephant 'looks' like.  The rider agreed, and so, each of the six blind men approached the elephant, each selecting a different spot to touch, so they can understand what it's like. An hour later, they arrive at the village center and call for everyone to join them, excitedly telling them about the elephant. "So what is an elephant like?" Asked the curious blind villagers. The first man, who touched the elephant's chest said: "The elephant is built like a huge, sturdy wall!" "Nonsense!" Cried the second man, who touched the elephant's tusk, "The elephant is short and stubby and smooth to the touch, with one sharp end! More like a short spear than a wall." The third man, who touched the elephant's ear, was very surprised at this and said: "But these are all wrong, the elephant, after all, is like a giant leaf made of thick wool which bends in the wind." "Untrue!" screamed the fourth man, who put his hand on the elephant's trunk. "I'll tell you what the elephant is like - a giant snake!" "no no no!" seethed the fifth man, who touched one of the elephant's legs, "wasn't it clear to you that the elephant was like a short stump, round and thick?" "None of you got it right," said the sixth man, who rode the elephant's back for a short while. "The elephant is like a flat, moving mountain!" The villagers were very confused at this, and legend tells us that till this day, no one in the village knows what an actual elephant looks like. And so is often the case when people argue - they each have only a small part of the picture, but insist that only they can see it in full. Sometimes it takes the combination of all opinions to lead us to the truth. All you have to do is listen for it...

I believe that one of the biggest reasons why people get stuck after reading and discussing things is that they stop there. Instead of taking action to change their lives for the better, they prefer the easy and more comfortable way.
