WONDERFUL GATHERING WITH MY PRIMARY SCHOOL CLASSMATES ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2015

It was another great gathering with my primary school classmates. In fact, most of us did not see each other for many years, YET all of us did not feel like strangers. Each of us felt like we traveled back to our primary school during our years from 1968-73. Wow! More than 4 decades ago. At a lightning speed we were back to 2015 thereafter when we dispersed from the place.

The photo tells a thousand words, we were so engaged with each other for couple of hours despite the hazy weather. See for yourselves, did we look like strangers to each other? Of course not, I must say our spirits were high and the happiness in meeting each other was overwhelming. Rain, Haze or shine will not stop us from doing so.

Guess who are the two from another state? One is from Negri Sembilan and the other is from Sabah.

I am deeply grateful to all of them who took their precious time and effort to make this meeting a memorable event. Best still, my recommended SP Jawa’s mee stall was unexpectedly close at the time we were there. This situation turned out to be another blessing. I can recall for the second time. It strikes my mind that it can be so coincidental that we missed our most expensive chicken rice at Seremban when few of us visited Seremban at an earlier occasion.

It did not disappoint us although we changed to an alternative place for our meals instead. My friend will call for the second time.

Thanks to technology; we were able to feel the warmth from all our Penang’s friends who were not able to attend, but follow us live from our broadcast.

I write to express my sincere thanks for your generous supports, directly or indirectly, and we hope to meet again. Moreover, we together can make a new record for the rest of our lives.

CATCH MY ARTICLE IN FINANCIAL FIRST, VOL 2, 2015

Those who know me long enough will agree that I was an introvert  and never will deliver any speech or publish any article to the public. However, throughout the years, I have been doing the things I fear. Finally, I managed to build my muscle to even overcome the no 1 most fear according to the American’s statistics. As such, I do hope we will encourage each other to overcome our fear, one by one, for our mutual benefits.  

This is my third article featured in Financial 1^st and second one in 2015 and I am deeply grateful for this opportunity. Success breed success and I hope I can take a much bigger role in financial literacy since I have been in this field for nearly 30 years. I will try to stretch out my boundaries into publishing my financial-related knowledge into other magazines to reach out to its readers. This massive collaboration with my existing and new strategic partners, followed by massive initiatives and massive innovations to move ourselves to another level by focusing on developing our core competencies to be a leading specialist in achieving sustainable value creation. I don’t mind to share with you that I unknowingly subscribed to this recipe to advance my business to what I am today. No doubts, it is still a long journey to go, but one thing certain is that we will constantly develop our new capability to serve the new and under-served markets.

We believe that by staying focused to doing what we do best using our gifted talents and experience to serve people around the globe, we have achieved sustainable business growth and profitability by setting a good role model.

This is our best practice that every time we accomplish a project or get a compliment for a contribution we have made to the world, we will take a moment to let it sink in our hearts. Allow satisfaction and fulfilment to enter our hearts. It will then continue to energise us to take up another bigger task. That’s how the momentum will build up.

One thing we are very sure is having massive actions and innovations to have much greater impact. This is also in line with our belief that we must pay back to the society where we have been benefiting from.

To play a larger role with much greater impact, we will actively participate in what is the next big thing in our fields. Where the opportunities are right now and the highlights we should look out for in the near future regardless of what is our situation?

We must be in control at all times no matter what. Always direct our energies in the area of our focus. Slowly and surely we will achieve what we desired.  

Please help us to spread around if you find it inspiring. By doing so, we are able to serve a larger magnitude of people. Hope you too can begin to imagine the immense nuggets of gold waiting for you.

THE TECHNIQUE TO PRESERVE YOUR INNER PEACE

“From now on, I will not allow my inner peace to be disturbed by any circumstances caused by any event or people outside of my control. I will only hold myself responsible for what I have said and done.” James Oh

Whether someone says something rude or does something that's inappropriate, I must tell myself that these actions reflect on who they are. I will not waste my precious time to argue with them unless they are willing to listen.

Is this the way you handle it? Or do you ever get worked up, frustrated or bothered? I know that it is very easy to get distracted by the wrong things and other people's bad behaviour.However, you don't have to mind their business, especially if they are adults. Just pray for them, that is the best you can do.

I decided to share this technique with you today because it has been truly helpful to me. It keeps my inner peace, no matters what is happening around me. Stay focus on what I dream or destined to be is far more important for me. 

There's nothing better than maintaining my inner peace. It keeps me feeling cool, focusing on the goals, and moving in the directionI set for myself.

In my preceding post, I have updated you on my new offer as an Associate Trainer with the number one preferred private education institute in Singapore. This reaffirm that my voice is being heard and I must be thankful to those organizations which place their confidence and trust on me in grooming people, developing integrated thinking to achieve sustainable value creation with much greater impact.

I value all our strategic partners who are willing to leverage on our strengths in achieving our collective objectives. Such a healthy collaboration will definitely accelerate the growth of our ventures. To achieve such profound result, we need to take massive actionable plans, massive innovations and massive initiatives in this aspect as our priorities in view of the harms and damages we have done to our beloved planet, as Mare Benioff, Chairman and CEO of salesforce.com. states, "it is my job to take our initiatives for positive social change and invite all of our partners and consumers to participate in making it bigger and, ultimately, more impactful."

As the saying goes, energy flows where intention goes. I must now direct all my energy towards achieving sustainable value creation in serving our communities and planet. With this, I urge more parties to join us in achieving this noble goal. Time is against us and we need to act fast and massive to reverse the damages we have done.

On our article publication side, there is another positive development too. Apart from our financial article that is going to be published in Financial First, Volume 2, 2015, another leading financial magazine will feature us in their magazine effective from Oct, 2015.This will add in another strategic partner under our belts. ANOTHER NEW MARK FOR AUGUST 2015

DEAR FAMILY, FRIENDS, FOLLOWERS AND FANS,

Hope everyone is keeping well.

I have great news for you that reaffirm the saying, “doing is believing.” I must confess that I subscribe to this formula that brings several milestones for the year 2015 again.  

Some of you may be well aware that I have just conducted my financial training in Kuching, Sarawak on August 22. Several new records were achieved. One is in term of numbers of participants and also the level of engaging with the participants. I must say that this group of awesome people is eager to learn and some even flew all the way from Miri. I am deeply touched by their spirit and of course I strongly believe that I have performed my utmost best for their benefits.

I have even furnished those stuff I promised them within my 48 hours standard and hope that these additional information will help them greatly. Success breeds success. Guess what happened the following week? I received another overseas assignment as associate trainer. This truly affirmed my dream of spreading my wings to South East Asia immediately after my foot print in East Malaysia.

I am deeply delighted with these blessings and committed to accomplish my tasks wholeheartedly so as to groom more people, develop their integrated thinking to achieve sustainable value creation as what I did. 

As part of my commitment and dedication to serve my clients with utmost service and at their convenience, I am prepared to travel even outside my country anywhere, everywhere and anytime when my service is required.
