MY FIRST & MAJOR SURGERY

Dear Friends, Followers and Fans.

On the 14th of August 2017,  I had my first major surgery around 1:30 pm. Dato Dr Lee SH (surgeon) had to act aggressively to remove 60% of my stomach, lots of lymph nodes, of sizes up to 1.5 cm and a little part of my pancreas. To ease my digestion, I have to chew my food properly and savour my drinks. I may be the first for the meal and the last one to finish it. 

The entire operation took nearly 4 hours.  The operation was a success one, with smooth and professionally handled with tense care by the surgeon, who was removing lymph nodes around areas with his naked eye. 

I was discharged after a week of sound resting in the hospital, under the good care of the hospital staff. I was really satisfied with the services rendered from the KL Gleneagles Hospital. 

The surgeon strongly suggested that I go for at least 6 -8 times chemotherapy, which I was hesitated to do so.

He considered me as a Stage 3 cancer patient. Dr. Rachael Khong was under his recommendation for follow up treatment. I have granted an appointment to discuss with them on Next Monday for the details of my above follow up treatment.

5 Pray for opportunity for faith to rise for James and the family and believing that the Lord is in control all the time.

Though unexpected, I was delighted to receive an invitation to a 3-speaker-TED talk style event last Friday from my Mrs., I proceeded to attend and it turned out to be another fruitful event. See the photo and observe how energetic and passionate these speakers were. 

Deeply delighted to know these people who truly dedicated their Passion in sharing their invaluable knowledge freely. I am touched by their highest virtue of giving without expectation. They just share with intention to make the world a better place.

Three masters are in good combination, that are on Health, Wealth and Transformation which will help me be a complete figure to accomplish my biggest picture of life.

Clarity in mind is crucial important in our lives if we truly desire to accomplish what our lives can offer. Live life healthily, stay wealthy without feeling lack of anything and lastly pursue the journey to be transformed to higher stages of life as we remain clam and in control at all times no matters what.

Though it is not easy, it is possible as long as we believe in it and keep steadfast to it. Never give up and persist to make things happen.

Affirmation through our action and accomplishment will strengthen our faith. Remember always, action triumph in every success. Knowledge without application is powerless. However, it is sad to see that it is very often misquoted as Knowledge is Power. 

Money is not everything in life. In fact, without clarity in mind, there is always a danger that we might be suck into the rat race without any purpose. 

Therefore, I am very fortunate to attend this short talk to stay focus on what I pursue. As such, my mission is to help learners have clarity of mind and fulfill their passionate objectives.

Having say so, we must stay relevant and adapt to the new business landscape so that we can stay as leader in our dominant field.

MASTERCLASS

Dear Everyone,

This is another awesome day for me to share with you what I have learnt from this Ambassador of Marshall Thurber, the Source, for all the great masters.

I must say I have benefited profoundly from his one day talk from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. I am say that its contents are precise, concrete and solid. 

The flow is excellent with solid testimonials, examples and thought provoking ideas which I truly enjoyed.

Many good lessons can be learned from such a  short period of time, one of them is how to stay relevant in the future business landscape which is facing increasingly competition. Not only we need creative and disruptive measures but workable ideas at the right timing. Therefore, we need to be able to do the trends analysis appropriately with clarity of mind.

As some of you may be well aware that our minds are beautiful as servants, but ugly as masters. Many a time we were tricked by our own mind to stay complacent, rather than get out of comfort zone.

One excellent example is Nokia which was blinded and complacent by their obsession of keypad phones, unlike Samsung which experimented and caught up in time. Lesson learned is to be leader, and not chase the market leader if you truly want to make profit in the long run. As such, we need to focus on our own niche and focus on our clients instead of customers who normally buy from you once.

 Be market leader in your domain, optimize your enterprise so as to make more profits with consistency and build a money dispenser, sustainable business that can lasts a lifetime.

Happy 😊 day, my friends. 

Further to my official announcement for the second milestones for 2017 and the third milestone of republication of my article in Issue 37 of the Malaysian Insurance Institute, I write to make an official announcement of our efforts of making inroad to Institute Of Public Accountants, another avenue to spread our wings to reach out to its members of over 80 countries apart from being appointed as Company Secretary with our Strategic Partners.

In line with our expansion program, our founder has made a trip to Cambodia end of last month. The purpose of the trip is to explore our training programs with the counterparts, after my Lift You Up Plt flagship has obtained its membership with Maltrade and our founder being admitted to IPA with the award of MIPA AFA. Hence, this is an additional avenue for us to further leverage on IPA Cambodia branch to reach out the Cambodia markets.

Apart from our substantial involvements mentioned above, we also leveraged further on our local training provider to market our flagship’s course Understanding Financial Statements for non-financial managers to the public and in house program. At the time of writing, we are also negotiating with several training providers to market our lean finance and our exciting training programs for both in house program and public. Hence, it will further enhance our income revenue stream apart from completing a small consultancy job with our existing customer which make our month more fruitful and colourful.

To move even faster going forward, we have also secured another contract from our existing customer, Malaysian Institute Accountants to market another timely training program, Strategizing Triple Bottom Lines in Creating Blue Ocean Strategy which we strongly believe will be received in the challenging times ahead.
