BLESSED MONTH OF MAY 2016

Thanks everyone for your kind overwhelming support that turns this May 2016 to be another awesome month for me. Blessings bleed blessings and how lovely wonderful life is especially when you see how significant contribution you can play in grooming larger magnitude of people to thrive in this not so promising global economy with much more challenges than ever before. However, by looking at the flip side of the coin, it makes life even more challenging and rewarding.

On this note, just as usual my articles will again be featured in the numerous magazines such as Money Compass, Financial First, Property Insight and Home Finder which is for the very first time. I am deeply grateful to Simon Loh for given me such an opportunity to publish my article in his esteemed magazine. 

My first self-developed course for the year finally took off yesterday, Lean Finance. It was so overwhelming despite my first sharing with the Buddhist Business Networking last evening at one of the restaurant in PJ.

Attach below please find the photo that show the first book for the year which I have received this month from the master trainer, Brother Chan of Quantum Leap Technology. Wow! What a great action from this master trainer, who had rewarded me with such an invaluable gift from his labour of love. The title of his book reminded me of my first book, Better Than The Best, which also instill the un-sinkable mindset. It cannot be coincidence and it must happen for a good reason. Time will reveal the purpose of this meet and it happened when a mutual friend, brought me to this esteemed association. It is truly a small world.



Last but not least, I write to record my heartfelt thanks to Bro Chan for given me such a great book for me to equip with numerous unsinkable powerful practical sales tips and technique that no one can afford to miss if one wants to excel in sales. The author is no other than Master Trainer, Bro TK Chan himself.



Thing does not end here and he even permit me to interview him and I will publish it out at this blog in due course.



I shall write a review once I have read this great book. Stay tune for more exciting stories ahead. I can sense much more blessings coming along and I shall report to you guys as usual, from time to time. To me giving is receiving the more you give, the more you received.



I was not only showered with so many impressive testimonials the day after. I also received an enquiry from another group of my contacts on the similar course with very minimum amendments. Thanks Lord for opening up another new door for me in times of need.

Why I Am Passionate About Life

What matters most in life if not life itself? To have a life is to set yourself free from all the rat races; free from comparison and competition with others. This is because each of us was created for its own purpose. In other words, life is an examination and everyone has different question. Basically, we can’t just copy others’ answer for our given question. Hope I have made it clear to you.

Dig deeply inside us, find and understand who we truly are.  What we truly desire? Understand ourselves accurately and listen to our inner voice by cutting through the external noise. Stay on living the present. Be cautious of the fact that day in and day out, our brains are continuously distracted and disrupted by millions of external noises. How easily we can be tempted if we are not in control of our own selves. Stay calm, my dearest friends.

People often ask me "why are you so passionate about grooming people to be wealthy?"

My reason is profoundly simple. And it's not what you may think...

To me, having a life is to live freely and live in your own terms. What matters for you is to please your own self and no one can live for you and neither can you live for others. Why live to please others by impressing others. Nothing can buy inner happiness. What we need to do is to have the ability to choose consciously. And that is exactly why I am so passionate about helping others to consciously make their own choice based on their own informed decision.

Imagine this: you are a normal capable human being of any age and have the desire to change careers, you get married or divorced, you have children or grandchildren, and you have no freedom to do what you love and working for a pay check monthly. You are basically working like a robot and not having a life of your own. It is heart sickening and sad.

What FREEDOM does this give you to choose what you would like to spend your time doing? What FREEDOM does this give you on where you're going to spend your time? Not much at all. Your time is going to be devoted to your job and your money is going to be devoted to paying the bills. We are basically going to through your life doing all this ongoing routinely boring jobs. Worst still, what if it is totally against your own conscious choice.

Now.... WHAT IF, in addition to the passive income that generates from your labour of love and you have more time of your own to do what you love. Make your own dreams unfold one by one, ultimately leading you to spend more time to make others’ dreams happen. Making a better world and better living place for every human. Wow! How amazingly beautiful job you have created for yourself. What amazingly beautiful world we all are working towards.

What FREEDOM would this passive income enable every of us to live our lives based on our own conscious choice? Just imagine of having a life spending couple of hours a day (or more) online in managing, growing and maintaining what you love to do. WHAT IF, you could turn these actions into money generating ventures and activities? What if you were paid couple of dollars every visit you made on your smart phone? That's consistently generating couple of hundred a day or few thousands per year. I would say that is a pretty damn wise investment of time and efforts, wouldn't you?

This is why I do what I love doing rather than follow the traditional means of going to school, get a good degree and venture into a career field. Then overnight I lost my career and salary that may drive me crazy, which some of you are well aware what I had gone through.

Fortunately, I managed to discover my life purpose at my late forties. I vowed that I would never allow anyone to dictate my financial situation and my conscious choice. Thereafter, I dared to venture into internet world and plot my own unique path moving towards my own dream. Day in and day out, I live in present and stay focus on the opportunities I created for myself. THAT is exactly how I direct my effort doing what I do best. Dig deeply to understand your true self and follow your intuitive to lead the way you desire. As time passed by, I established more intimate relationship with my inner self and managed to cut through most of the external voices, if not all. I then realized that I am overwhelmed by my inner voice and eventually I give in to my inner voice. I surrendered to my inner voice and let it set me free from all self-inflicted fears and doubts.

Now, I am ready to share openly with others who aspire to follow their own inner voices, to create their own unique path working towards their own desired purpose. That is why I am so passionate about helping people create passive income that enable them to have FREEDOM to do what they love, what they do best, with whom they love to work with. Fear will not hold them back.

MY EXISTING WORK HORSE IN 2016

Not long ago, we have officially announced our work horse, red hot

Casio Exilim model EX- S880, made in Japan. Last few days, all of a sudden, my laptop encountered some issues that caused me not able to boost the system. Consequently, I have no choice but to buy another new laptop, Lenovo U41-70 to serve you better. This is because I have my first public sharing session with members from the Buddhist Association group. I must say that it is value for money, that comes slim and light in its range, after having done some research for Asus and Dell XPs ultra-notebooks for comparison with advice from my second son.



After deep consideration of my requirements, I decided to go with this red Lenovo as there is only one silver display unit left. It’s amazingly great idea to go with red in the year of monkey as we all need more energy to move forward. This is my third red item after I managed to secure my Honda City with bargain value just before last year end.



Fortunately, my existing Lenovo Laptop is still under warranty, just couple of days from the expired date of 2 years warranty period. Guess now the new item would not last for 3 years since the technology is fading out pretty soon. I was made to understand the model of my new unit is less than 6 months old. Please correct me if I am wrong.



Within the warranty period of my existing unit, I will get it repaired and give it to my second son to explore his dream work.



Please permit me to brief you on the four main features why I say it is value for money:-



a)  It comes with SSD which run at much faster internet speed.



b)  It comes with 256 MG storage and enables enhancement to 500 MG at the later stage.



c)  Intel Core i5 latest and enhanced feature in relatively similar to my existing unit with 1 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0. Not a bad deal to have both types of USBs.



d) RAM of 8GB, far exceeding my requirements.



What more it is less than RM 2,700 with window 8.0 yearly renewals at RM 128 instead of 180. Thereafter I can upgrade to window 10 once it is more stable at the next renewal term.



With these new addition item, my work horses comprise of red laptop Lenovo U41-70, Red Fuji Camera, Logitech external speaker, Logitech Headset, iphone 4 plus, Logitech Digital Mouse and Toshiba External hard disk of 1 GB. Big thanks to its inventor for all these great products. These great features will definitely enable me to produce higher quality work especially in my training session.



While the above RED colored items reflect sexy and aggressive outlook, it will help me keep faster pace in responding to the rapidly changing environment so as to enable all my clients’ better service. This is our commitment and we will continue to invest in better resources so as produce higher quality output.

1ST QUARTER 2016 UPDATE

Dear Families, Friends, Followers and Fans,

First quarter of 2016 is almost Gone.

Have you able to free up some resources to accelerate your journey of permanent improvement?

Have you achieved what you targeted at the beginning year?

Do you feel as if something is holding you back and you just can't figure out what it is?

Do you struggle with financial difficulties and feel that things are only bound to get worse considering how the economy is faring right now or any other excuses?

If your answer is yes to any of the above questions, don’t worry too much. This is because you too can achieve success if you are willing to follow the proven recipe which I am going to share with you.

2016 is definitely going to turn out to be another great year for me in view of numerous milestones I have accomplished. It took off from good to greater. People wonder how I did it. I must say that there is no magic to it. I have been unknowingly applying lean principles and practices since my young age.

Thanks and credits must be given all my mentors both present and past.

Knowing your mission is critically important. Begin with the end in your mind. Then use your strategic plan and vision wisely to achieve your mission. This is the proven recipe I like to share with you. 

A quick and brief 2016 updates for you:

1.     I have published numerous articles in Property First, FlyMe360, Financial First, Corporate Voice Journal, Money Compass, Smart Investor, Journal of Wealth Planning and Management. Repeatedly conduct self-developed financial training in Ipoh. Glad to see the size is growing as the time pass by. Making Perak state an additional under my belt. My flagship book, Looking Beyond Financial Statements, edition III has been upgraded apart from. Looking Beyond Financial Statements - An Investor's Perspective, Edition II, 

2.     I also developed several new training programs, Lean Finance and almost ready to kick in the beginning of second quarter of 2016. So far, I have three (3) SIDC accredited programs and 2 Accredited programs with Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

3.     These new additional self-developed programs enable me to take more pro-active approach and collaborations so as I am able to reach out to a much larger magnitude of people.

4. I also extended my services by providing book review, interviewing by other famous blogger in this quarter. These repeated avenues enable me to reach out even bigger crowd at much faster speed than before. Thanks to those who have placed the trust and confidence on me. Now, it is the time for me o perform my utmost best. 

      5.   Lastly, my online presence and visibility are still gaining momentum in every aspect. More precisely it is growing effortlessly, explosively and enormously. Thanks to the internet world. My Google plus has hit more than 2.0 million views at the time of writing and is still growing similar like my other social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Blogs, Instagram, Pinterest and etc. 

6.     With these progress, I have managed to secure several more engagements and have also tied up with other training providers to groom larger magnitude of people to sustain my business. Thanks for your kind support that enabled me to make more things happen.

With this, I hope I can continuously add and create value in the society which I have been benefiting from all this while. Please let me know should there be any other areas where my expertise and gifted talents are of assistance to you. These will keep me moving forward to another level of height of success in the second half.

It goes without saying that a trainer that does not read is in danger. I also intensified my research to enhance know-know, training and writing skills.

Few milestones had been achieved in this quarter of the year due to you awesome guys who have been generously helping me achieve more with less. Hope I can set a good example of walking my talk, so as to inspire others to achieve their dreams too. I truly appreciate the importance of our dreams in making the world better. Thanks God for empowering me to pursue my other dreams 

despite my advancing age. 

To me, to live life to its fullest is to have your dream materialize in serving people, community and society with much greater value and magnitude. Trust, I am in the right track as I walk through my journey.

Blessing breeds blessings. I must conclude and grateful what 2016 bring me another great year in view of on-going progress.

With these, the sound principle in pursuit of perfection has set a strong foundation for me to sustain my journey.  Hope you too can make use of this principles to keep you shine as well.

Living in a society that glorifies perfectly toned legs, muscles and fit figures, brings a certain amount of stress on us, the regular mortals. All the bodies and faces we see on the covers of fashion, beauty and fitness magazines makes us want to starve for years just to get that beautiful physique. Fortunately, there is no need for you to succumb to the tortures of that kind.

Do not be so hard on yourself

The way you think highly affects your lifestyle. Constantly thinking you look unattractive will eventually make you feel bad about yourself, and this can lead to much serious conditions. Depression and body dysphoria are some of the illnesses people face with when they resent their body image. If you think all those celebrities you see on the covers of magazines are naturally that gorgeous, you are wrong. All the six-packs men have, and those cellulite-free legs of models’ are nothing but the magic of a Photoshop. It is true they are fit, and the abs you see on men are there, but not as perfect as they seem. Instead of thinking about how dissatisfied you are about yourself, start training in the gym, or jog in the park and you will instantly feel better and eventually look good.

Step Away From Social Media

Cutting down on social media each day will generally help you feel better about yourself. All those Instagram profiles that feature pictures of people who look flawless deserve to be unfollowed. Especially if after going through their pictures, you will feel less about yourself. Rarely will any celebrity post a picture of their bad and miserable day, because they want us to see their beautiful lives. Just remember, even they have a day when they do not feel good about themselves.

Dress Well

You would not believe how many women claim a tailor made suits would make the most common man look like a true businessman. Women enjoy the company of a smart funny man, and a perfectly matched combination will only make you more attractive. A dashing outfit will definitely compensate for all the faults you might think you have. Match a pair of trousers, with a dress shirt and a blazer to achieve the look of a true gentleman. Elegant men bring along a certain amount of seriousness and elegance, and it will make you look handsome in the eyes of any woman.

Get a Pet

Pets can be great friends, and they will be the perfect company. Furthermore, you will need to dedicate to your pet entirely and make sure it is always fed, clean and healthy. This will take your mind of thinking how you do not love your body. If you are not much of an animal lover, or you do not think you could take care of a pet properly, finding a date is also good. Having someone you share you worries and experiences with is always beneficial. Furthermore, a boyfriend or a girlfriend are always great support and they can improve your self-esteem.

Love Yourself

We are all human, and nobody is perfect. Keep that in mind next time you think you are too fat, too tall or too imperfect. You can change all the faults you find in yourself, all it takes is motivation and determination. If you want to lose weight – start working out. Not only will you look better, but you will also feel better and be healthier. Nevertheless, even if you do not lose the weight, you will still be beautiful. None of the people that fail to see you as beautiful deserves your love and attention. Inner beauty is what matters, and not the physical appearance. Therefore, be good to people, learn to love, to forgive and to give. Your life will instantly change.
