Thanks everyone for your kind support that turns October to an awesome month for me. My article was featured in the Money Compass for the first time. I am deeply grateful to Amy Seok who was so kind to do such a great favour for me. 

My third course in a year, Looking beyond Financial Statements – An Investor’s perspective Part II was also recently approved by SIDC and just in time to be kicked off with FPAM on 22^nd Oct, 2015.See what an awesome month of October brings to me; blessings after blessings

Attach above please find the photo that show my second book I have received this month from Datuk Alvin, after I visited his office, UHY. I received my first book on GST from the SME conference. Thanks to the sponsor who generously gave out the books and shared their knowledge to the community.

 Wow! Passion Beyond Numbers, this eco bag reflects his concern about the green and the environment. The well thought phrase is their tagline. There is no coincidence at all and it struck my attention immediately when I received his name card much earlier.

He is a guy who truly has the passion beyond numbers. It happened when my friend, brought us to meet up with the Datuk. It is a small world. He is another number man.

Last but not least, I write to record my heartfelt thanks to them for giving me such a great book which discuss numerous contemporary issues, which I highly recommend to read. The author is no other than Mr Lee Soon Hock.

This book is not only informative, but the readers will have better understanding of fast changing and fluid world of government, business and community service. He again shows his high spirit to serve and champion community cause. A man who walks the talk... I have been so fortunate to have access to this book which I may write a review after I have read the book, if time permits.

ANOTHER GIFT FOR THIS WEEK

                    AFTER THE REPLACEMENT OF NEW FULL BODY PORCELAIN TILES

Another new gift from the last two full days of my weekend efforts, as announced earlier on the new face lift of my wet kitchen.

See the attach photo above, for what I have done to my existing kitchen. I managed to solve another leakage into the kitchen cabinet, which was leaked from the stove-top. To resolve this issue, my contractor needs to hack the old tiles and replace with new full body black porcelain tiles. Full body is the hardest of its kind and not so easy to crack if reasonable force applied on its surface. These tiles are more contemporary in nature and more affordable than marble. Its hardness is able to sustain a not too powerful meat chopping at its top.

This new face lift really transform my existing old and dull kitchen into a more lively and elegant one. See the above photo yourself. It is very much easier to remove any stain due to its smooth surface and of course more practical for the hectic city life. Thanks to its creator for inventing such a well thought of product.

Please feel free to comment if any area needs further improvement. What do you think of their workmanship? What is your say on the cement in between the tiles? Is the gap too narrow? What you think about the quality of the tiles?

What I can say is that it is truly a new and rewarding experience for me to source the materials which mainly fit their main function. For instance, the tiles must be easy to be maintained. Select smooth surface for easy removal of its oily stains.

Here, I welcome any other consideration which I may have missed out. Black is elegant and the edge was grinded so as to prevent anyone being hurt by the sharp edge.

Black also can match well with its light blue wooden cabinet doors. Black is also classic colour and can’t go wrong with any colour.

What is the most important to take note of its code numbers 244CHCGD6088, size 60 x 60 cm. I can easily find back just in case I need to replace one or two broken pieces. Fortunately, I can make use of this blog to record down all details for further references. I guess by doing so, I am not only able to share my knowledge, but also make it a best practice for me to keep record of my experience.   

Hope this new refreshing look will bring much greater energy to face the new challenges.

SEE I HAVE REWARDED MY FAMILY WITH A NEW FACE-LIFT BATHROOM

See how I spend my two full days of the weekend to get my bathroom fit and it was a new experience to source for materials from this Super Ceramic Shop, where you can obtain all your building materials at a one stop centre.

Thanks to the founder who has such a vision to make our lives better in term of accessibility and convenience.

See the attach photo for what I get for my existing bathroom. I solved my ceiling leaking, which was leaked from my master bathroom. They hacked the old flooring tiles and lay water proof glue in between the cement and the tiles. Due to the strong vibration of the hacking, I needed to replace my toilet bowl. Now, I have rewarded myself with a new bathroom. A real new look.

Please feel free to comment if any area needs further improvement. What do you think of their workmanship? What is your say on the cement in between the flooring tiles? Is the gap too narrow? What you think about the quality of the tiles?

What I can say is that it is truly a new and rewarding experience for me to source the materials which mainly fit their main function. For instance, the flooring tile must be easy to be maintained. Select rough surface so that it is not slippery especially when wet. You can't afford to make these errors as they may impose danger to life especially you have elderly people staying in the house.

Here, I welcome any other consideration which I may miss out.

As far as the toilet bowl is concerns, the size of the hose is the main determination point if you want to minimize the contractor's work and reduce the risk of any possible leakage from the joint to the hose.

Since there is only one white color and only type with the size of 9", therefore it make my life easier of choosing the color to match its surrounding. White is classic and can’t go wrong with any color.

I found the promoter not only very cooperative, but they are prepared to whatapps me the photo almost instantly after I told them my requirements. What I need to do is collect the stock from them and pay them accordingly. Thanks to technology as it truly make our life easier and better with a few touches. 

However, if you purchase more than two thousand eight hundred, they can even deliver to your door step free of charge. Wow! Such an excellent customer services from Super Ceramic which give added value to its customers in term of satisfaction and convenience.  Good strategy!   

Next week, they are going to take another two full days to hack my stovetop and replace with porcelain since they have to hatch the tiles which served us for last twenty years. This will give our wet kitchen a new refreshing look.

I saw and fall in love with this poster at first sight. Fortunately I have to keep telling myself that let make it an awesome month before we say bye-bye to 2015. 2016 is patiently waiting to receive us just the round corner.

This is a small world, guess who was also there?  He is none other than Peter Ong, the author for the five pillars. 3RD QUARTER 2015 UPDATE

Dear Families, Friends, Followers and Fans,

THANK YOU ALL. You give us hope and you keep us going!

Very soon We need to say goodbye to 2015 and welcome 2016.

Have you applied what you have learned from us and attain higher productivity in terms of everything you do? Review every process of your decision making and see how you can shorten it. It may not easy, but it worth to do so. Deliberate practice will make you permanent progress.

Have you felt much easier in creating wealth right now? 

Are you relieved from all bondage that held you back and have you figured out what it is?

Do you struggle with financial difficulties and feel that things are only bound to get worse considering how the economy is faring right now or any other excuses?

If your answer is yes to any of the above questions, don’t worry too much. This is because you have followed us long, you should be able to turn all these pain points to opportunities.

Believing is by doing. You too can achieve success if you are willing to put the proven recipe into practice until it becomes part of you.

I have some of the fruit in the beginning of 2015 and keep coming. It is definitely going to be another great challenging year for me from my own inner intuition (GPS). My life has gone from good to better although the destiny is still far ahead.

Some of you may wonder how I did it. I must say that there is no magic to it. I have been applying creative wealth visualization successfully by having mental picture of what I want to be. Thanks and credits must be given to several of my online gurus, namely Lisa Nicole, Dr Steve G. Jones, Mario Polio and many others.

A quick and brief 2015 updates for you:

1.     I have stopped temporary publishing articles with Smart Investor magazines and publish in Money Compass to get new exposure effective from October, 2015. I am forever thankful to Amy Seok, Money Compass Principal Consultant, for the opportunity. 

2. My article again appeared in Financial First, Volume 2, 2015. As usual, I am still focus on conducting numerous self-developed financial training with both the professional financial institutions to establish myself as a specialist in achieving sustainable value creation.

3.     I also developed several new training programs and slowly kicked off with other new professional institutes apart from published my flagship book, Looking Beyond Financial Statements, edition II. My next target is to kick start my two days flagship program and decided to post-phone my publication of Ebook in hard-copy for domestic market.

4.     These new additional self-developed programs enable me to take more aggressive approach in the form of more actions and collaborations so as I am able to reach out to a much larger magnitude of people, outside my state at much faster pace to include East Malaysia. 

5.     Lastly, my online presence and visibility are still gaining momentum in every aspect. More precisely it is growing effortlessly, explosively and enormously. Thanks to the internet world. My Google plus has almost hit 2.0 million views at the time of writing and is still growing similar like my other social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and etc. 

6. I too managed to publish my book review in MFPC Journal, 2015. Another  new avenue for me to venture into the Journal magazine.

7.     With these advancements, I have managed to secure more engagements from several new clients. Thanks for your kind support that enabled me to make more things happen.

8. At the same time, I have also collaborate with other training providers to ensure we build value in helping people in driving sustainable value creation. Driving and achieving in Sustainable Value Creation is become our trade mark and tagline.

We strongly believe we can continuously add and create value in the society in line with the saying “ We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then is not an act, but a habit.” Aristole.

Please let me know should there be any other areas where my expertise and gifted talents are of assistance to you. Kindly share this post with your circle of friends who you want them to obtain the similar benefits. By doing so, you will help me to accelerate my growth and performance for 2015.

It goes without saying that a trainer that does not read is in danger. I also intensified my research to enhance know-know, training and writing skills.

Few milestones had been achieved in the first half of the year due to you awesome guys who have been generously helping me achieve more with less. Hope I can set a good example of walking my talk, so as to inspire others to achieve their dreams too. I truly appreciate the importance of our dreams in making the world better. Thanks God for empowering me to pursue my other dreams despite my advancing age.

To me, to live life to its fullest is to have your dream materialize in serving people, community and society with much greater value and magnitude. Trust, I am in the right track as I walk through my journey.

Blessing breeds blessings. 2015 will be another great year for me, in view of an extremely excellent start till to-date.

The 5Bs approach - Overcoming Barriers, Pushing Boundaries, Strengthening Belief, Crossing Borders to move beyond the Horizon, the theme of my first motivational training workshop has again shown positive development. To expand my business further is to keep moving beyond in every aspect. Lastly, to do what you destined to be.

MY LATEST ARTICLE IN MONEY COMPASS, OCT 2015

Those who know me long enough will agree that I was introvert person and never will deliver any speech or publish any article in the public. However, throughout the years, I have been keeping to do thing I fear. Finally, I managed to build my muscle to even overcome the no 1 most fear according to the American’s statistics. As such, I do hope we will encourage each other to overcome our fear, one by one, for our mutual benefits.  

With this, I write to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the Money Compass for publishing and featuring my article in its  October, 2015 Special Edition. Hope you find it useful.

I must say it helped me to stress out my boundary into publishing my financial-related knowledge into another magazine to reach out its readers. This has helped me to build much stronger foundation to move to higher level of success.

With this massive collaboration with my existing and new strategic partners, follow by massive initiatives and massive innovations to move ourselves to another level of height by focusing of developing our core competency to be a leading specialist in achieving sustainable value creation.

I don’t mind to share with you that I unknowingly subscribed to this recipe to progress my business to what I am today. No doubts, it is still a long journey to go, but one thing is certain is that we will constantly develop our new capability to serve the new market and under-served market. 

We believe that by stay focused of doing what we do best using our gifted talents and experience to serve people around the globe so as to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability by setting a good role model.

This is our best practice that every time we accomplish a project or get a compliment for a contribution we have made to the world, we will take a moment to let it sink in our hearts. Allow satisfaction and fulfillment to enter our hearts. It will then continue to energize us to take up another bigger task. That’s how the momentum will build up. Let me know if I am wrong. One thing we are very sure is having massive actions and innovations to have much greater impact. This is also in line with our belief that we must pay back to the society where we have been benefiting from.

WONDERFUL GATHERING WITH MY PRIMARY SCHOOL CLASSMATES ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2015

It was another great gathering with my primary school classmates. In fact, most of us did not see each other for many years, YET all of us did not feel like strangers. Each of us felt like we traveled back to our primary school during our years from 1968-73. Wow! More than 4 decades ago. At a lightning speed we were back to 2015 thereafter when we dispersed from the place.

The photo tells a thousand words, we were so engaged with each other for couple of hours despite the hazy weather. See for yourselves, did we look like strangers to each other? Of course not, I must say our spirits were high and the happiness in meeting each other was overwhelming. Rain, Haze or shine will not stop us from doing so.

Guess who are the two from another state? One is from Negri Sembilan and the other is from Sabah.

I am deeply grateful to all of them who took their precious time and effort to make this meeting a memorable event. Best still, my recommended SP Jawa’s mee stall was unexpectedly close at the time we were there. This situation turned out to be another blessing. I can recall for the second time. It strikes my mind that it can be so coincidental that we missed our most expensive chicken rice at Seremban when few of us visited Seremban at an earlier occasion.

It did not disappoint us although we changed to an alternative place for our meals instead. My friend will call for the second time.

Thanks to technology; we were able to feel the warmth from all our Penang’s friends who were not able to attend, but follow us live from our broadcast.

I write to express my sincere thanks for your generous supports, directly or indirectly, and we hope to meet again. Moreover, we together can make a new record for the rest of our lives.
