LAST QUARTER FROM SEPT TO DEC 2014 UPDATE

Dear Families, Friends, Followers and Fans,

Time flies. 2014 is GONE.

Have you ever pondered about how life could be better?

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have much easier time creating wealth all the time? 

Do you feel as if something is holding you back and you just can't figure out as to what it is?

Do you struggle with financial difficulties and felt that things are only bound to get worse considering how the economy is faring right now?

This had been another great year for me and 2015 is definitely going to be another great year for me. My life has gone from good to amazingly great. People wonder how I did it. I must say that there is no magic to it. I just managed to apply wealth visualization successfully. Thanks and credits must be given to several of my online gurus, namely Lisa Nicole, Dr Steve G. Jones, Mario Polio and many others.

A quick and brief updates for you:-

I have published two additional books, Looking Beyond Financial Statements; Chess King to Purpose Filled Life; 2^nd edition – Better Than The Best, in the midst of revision of my other books and 2 additional books are in the midst of editing. I also developed 7 additional training programs and held talks at several professional institutes and business club, apart from my normal consultancy work.

With these new additional programs, I have managed to secure additional speaking engagement till April 2015. More great news is in the pipeline. Massive actions and collaboration had been pursued to make things happen at an ever faster pace. 

My online presence and visibility have gained momentum in all aspects. More precisely it is growing effortlessly and enormously. Thanks to the internet world. My Google plus has hit more than 1.7 million views at the time of writing and is still growing at accelerated speed. 

I have secured several training engagements for the third quarter of the year. Thanks for your kind support that enabled me to be a columnist in Smart Investor magazines. With this, I hope I can add more value to the society which I have benefited from all this while. Please let me know should there be any other areas where my expertise and gifted talents are of assistance to you. These will keep me moving forward to another great year.

It goes without saying that a trainer that does not read is in danger. I had reviewed books as usual to enhance my reading and writing skills.I further reviewed several additional books for the last quarter of 2014, which I had posted during this reporting period.

Another milestone had been achieved when I receive two complimentary books from both local and international authors in the November, 2014. You guys are greatly awesome to have such thought and action. You guys have boosted my confidence that enabled me to take three weeks break in Australia to celebrate in conjunction with my eldest son’s convocation. This is the second time I have taken a long break overseas in my life, first when I was in Europe prior to our former company’s listing exercise.

Now, I am deeply delighted to play a more significant role in fulfilling my son’s dream. This will further inspire my other kids to follow their eldest brother’s foot step to materialise their dreams. I am extremely gifted in inspiring others to have their dreams. I can truly appreciate how important our dreams are and I have gone through very tough life to make many other dreams materialised. Thanks God for sustaining me throughout my life and empowered me to pursue my other dreams at my advancing age. 

To me, to live life to its fullest is to have your dream materialise in serving people, community and society in much greater value and magnitude. Trust, I am in the right track as I walk through my journey.

Blessing breeds blessings. I must confess that 2014 is really a great year to me. I strongly believe that 2015 is going to be another great year to me, in view of an extremely excellent start for the month of January 2015 with three speaking workshops. Two speaking assignments are on new topics, one is a motivational topic, the other is on economic and business outlook 2015.

My next target is to get my EBooks out in the form of Hardcopies which I am negotiating with several parties. Overcoming Barriers, Pushing Boundaries, Strengthening Belief and Crossing Borders has become part of me. To make this happen, I need to expand my business further. Hope the same is for you.

Last but not least I also make wise use of my current trip to sow some seeds in Australia so as to cross borders by using my gifted talents to benefit larger magnitude of people world-wide so as to uplift people in helping them to explore the invisible and achieve the impossible to create a better tomorrow.

An Accountant by profession, James is a prolific writer and trainer. He has over 30 years of experience in various industries in addition to his breakthrough achievement as a writer. MY NEW EXPERIENCE WALKING ALONG THE BEAUTIFUL COASTLINE AT BRIGHTON BEACH, MELBOURNE

MY NEW EXPERIENCE WALKING ALONG THE BEAUTIFUL COASTLINE AT BRIGHTON BEACH, MELBOURNE.

Greeting from Melbourne.

No matters how good is the beginning, it will come to an end. This also applies to my vacation in this lovely Melbourne. I spent almost 20 days in foreign land. I wrote this article on my last day here. At the day before, my family and I took an hour trip to Brighton Beach for its beautiful coastline. We took tram to Flinders Station, transit point for us to take the train to Brighton Beach where we spent nearly three hours to walk along the 2 km long beach. It really a new refreshing experience for us and we discovered a few attraction that made our trip very fruitful.

The whole journey took about 11 stops and passing through the sub-urban areas. I must say that the town is very well planned based on the grid plan originated from India since 5,000 years ago. The grid plan, grid street plan or gridiron plan is a type of city plan in which streets run at right angles to each other, forming a grid.

Once you reached the beach, you will sense the sea breeze was rather strong and you may need to put your jackets on. It is also well known as doggie beach amongst those who love dogs. This incredibly beach offers diverse nature of things to do especially for those who like to see their pets running and playing around this doggie beach in Brighton, Melbourne (Australia). It truly makes a perfect relaxing venue for everyone!

This beach is also known as Doggie beach. This is because it is also a perfect off-lead area for dogs, with bushes to explore, sand to run on, water to swim in and many friends to be made. Dogs like humans need to socialize with other dogs. This beach uniquely offers that opportunity. Life is lovely and wonderful as the opportunities are everywhere and every moment await for you to notice.

The area is fully fenced in, and very secure. However, smaller dogs may be able to fit through the gaps at the gate if they really wanted to. This beach is large and unique, but the exact size depends on the tide. When the tide is out, seaweed is visible, another novelty for your dog. Some dog love sniffing seaweed. Can someone tell me more why they love to do that? The beach is unique because of the tide, the other dogs and the weather, every trip to doggie beach is different.

And best of all, it's free and clean! Walk in one of three gates, taking care to shut it behind you, and a new world beckons you. You will find some complimentary doggie bags, next to a rubbish bin. Cleanliness of this beach is everyone concern.

Bushes

There are bushes for adventurous pups and owners. There are creative twisting pathways through the bushes and trees. These go up and down the small hills and are very popular among the cyclists and climbers. There are many interesting scents; this area of doggie beach is extremely excellent for curious and inquisitive dogs who like exploring. Dream, explore and discovery make life truly exciting.

Running

Away from the bushes and grass is pure sand. This sandy area is brilliant for dogs that like running wild and free as nature offers. A tennis ball might be a fun game for you and your dog to play, but don't be surprised if some other dogs decide to join in the game too! This is where you can find the best views truly are, because you are just like place in a triangle to get an amazingly spectacular view. Append below are photos taken at each angles for your viewing. You are nearly surrounded by water, and behind you is golden sand where your dog can play with some new friends.

Colourful Beach Huts

A beach hut also known as a beach cabin or bathing box is a small, usually wooden and often brightly coloured, box above the hightide mark on popular bathing beaches. They are generally used as a shelter from the sun or wind, changing into and out of swimming costumes and for the safe storing of some personal belongings. Some beach huts incorporate simple facilities for preparing food and hot drinks by either bottled gas or occasionally main electricity. From the photo, you can see those beautiful and colourful beach boxes, a latest attraction in this doggie beach. It is interesting to note that most are not equipped with even basic facilities such as water and electricity; therefore it is not suitable for night stay.

Beautiful Bungalow and Memorable Monument

On my way back from the beach, I have the fortune to have a short chat with a life guard. See he even allowed me to take a photo of him. His name is Toy. I was told that the beach will be full of people during January and February where people have their summer holidays and this beach is one of their favourite. He is the only one on duty as there are hardly any swimmers there. The pole in the sea indicates about 11 meter depth and many swimmers underestimated their capability and lack strength to swim to this point and may inflict self-danger.

To capture the best views, many bungalows are built along the road facing this beautiful coastline and the Memorable Monument for those who fought during the First World War. Append are some of the photos that I have taken for my memorable trip. 

CONCLUSION

I must say that your trip to Melbourne is not complete without inclusion of this unique doggie beach. You will enjoy even if you did not bring your dog along. It is truly enjoyable and relaxing when you walk slowly and steadily along this beautiful coastline. That’s why I took so many photos for your viewing.

GEORGE WILDLIFE PARK, ADELAIDE

Opened in 1965, is a house of many species of animals and birds. Some are in cages and many are not. You will be surprised to discover not only your favourite Australian species, but also many other exotic species that we all should be aware of and help to preserve them in any way we can, as the trustee of this planet.

The wonderful thing that we can do here is cuddling a lovely adorable Koala at certain specified hours. I strongly believe many people wanted and had waited long for such a wonderful moment.

Last but not least, I must say that this 14 acres area of Park is really worth your money. Entrance fee is at only AUD 10.00 per adult. It homes some 50 species of animals and 160 species of birds.

CURRY NOODLES FROM PEARL OF ORIENTAL

Again I am very fortunate to get one pack of 4 Penang Curry Noodles, at only AUD 4.35, at the almost the very last minute before it close, from  China town in Adelaide. It is so tempting to get it almost instantly.

This is because it is made from my home town, Penang, which is famous for its delicacies in the world. Secondly, I really missed my Malaysian food here after my stay entering into the third week. Immediately I grabbed a pack to be prepared at my stylish, self-contained yet affordable service apartments at AUD 185 per night. See from the above photo what I have cooked curry noodles from my service apartment the next day and see how the food looks like after being cooked. It is simple and easy to prepare. I am deeply proud to see our products in foreign land and wishing them a great success.
