CON JOB - BE AWARE

I have just received from my contact and more than happy to share with you.......so that you too be careful....*

Hi,

I want to share with you my recent experience when I was the subject
of a well planned and obviously very well organised syndicate. I
almost fell for it and fell for the baits along the way. Please share
this with your friends by all means:

About 4 months ago, a lady whom I met through an international social
network, starting short correspondance with me. After about 2 weeks
of short 2-3 liners, she asked me to buy some nyonya curry powder and
paste for her; and said that she will send me the $ to cover the
purchases and shipping them out in advance. No problem, right? Ok,
so I said.

About 2 days later, yes, my bank called me and told me about a wire
received for RM1300. It only costs about RM350 for the stuffs I am
required to buy and about RM 600 for the shipping. So I bought the
stuffs and sent if off by parcel post with a balance of about RM300.
She told me to keep the balance as my service charge - hmm, not bad
but this is bait #1.

She then told me that she has businesses in Manila which have
branches/reps in Malaysia dealing in commodities. She even asked me
to source some commodities such as tea, coffee etc in bulk and if the
purchase is successful, they will finance it and pay me generous
commission. So far so good. This is bait #2

Then all of a sudden she called me from London (yes, shows a London
number indeed on my handphone) and asked me if I mind if she deposits
US$680,000 into my account. She said her KL rep office has a big
problem and she will be down in about 2-3 weeks but they cannot leave
the money with him and they cannot take the money out for the time
being. Its ok with me since they are the ones depositing into my
account. I did get a bit suspicious but they are depositing into my
account. Her uncle will call me the next day.
>
The next day, my bank called me and said that somebody is trying to
deposit US$680,000 into my account. However the bank does not take
foreign cash deposits directly. To play safe, I called my bank back
and talked to the manager who told me that they will not accept US$
deposit (cash) but they will do so if the money is TT in, or it is in
RM cash, but there are paper works involved. The amount is very big
but its acceptable for my account as I have been doing "mid 5 figures"
biz through them. My London's friend uncle then immediately called my

friend in London and asked me to keep the money with me until she
comes down in about 2 weeks time - . . US$680,000 -- wow! her uncle
told me that she (London friend) is a multi millionaire in Euro $,
described as VERY VERY RICH & GENEROUS. She will pay me RM50k just to
help her out of this situation.
>
I do not know what over came me but instintively I said that I am
currently in Malacca and will be back only tomorrow. (That's a lie -
I was in KL) I would not like the idea of holding so much $ and then
got robbed etc. . anyway, he said he will stay in KL and wait for me
to take the $ the next day.
>
I contacted my friend at Special Branch (my father was in SB) and he
advised me not to get involved as his theory was that yes, they will
pay you the 50k etc but it is probably they wanted a safe haven for
COUNTERFEIT US$. His theory is that the fake US$ is being brokered
around and once they find a buyer, "she" will come and take the money
and pay me the 50k and every body's happy but me like a little sucker,
did not know what even happened. Every thing went well, nothing
happened. Something goes wrong, I get caught with the fake money,
they disappear into thin air only to re surface looking for their next
victim in one of the global social network.
>
> Anyway, I told them the next day that they can deposit the money with
> the hotel store as nobody will even know, and if they want I can
> arrange for a safe deposit box which they have to sign in to. I told
> them they can deposit into my account but I will not hold cash. I
> think they know that I know, so they beat a noble and polite retreat.
> They even told me that they will hand over the money to me at the
> British consulate.
>
> I did not hear from her again but she is still active I know. The
> numbers are still in use. Just be very careful. My SB friend told me
> not to report the matter as people like that have vast networks and if
> they get busted, they know who did it and repercussions will follow.
> I have actually given him the numbers etc but they will wait for about
> a year before moving in as they are trying to trace the roots and not
> just the end fruit. (Sounds a bit like T Harv Eker!). It seems that
> this is now quite a standard modus operandi for pushing fake
> currencies.

> Please feel free to share this to your friends. There is
> obviously no copyright attached and if we can just alert and "save"
> even one person, then we have made this world a slightly better place.

> Best regards

This is another master piece for your enjoyment. Stay tuned for another great great piece. Seeing you again

Brit John Hill took Silver in the compact cameras category for his action-packed image taken from the heart of a school of silver coated jackfish
Briton, John Hill, took the Silver award in the compact cameras category for his action-packed image taken from the heart of a school of silver coated jackfish. An amateur underwater photographer, he was diving off Sipadan Island in East Borneo, Malaysia during September 2009 as part of a year he spent travelling south-east Asia with his girlfriend, Jenny. Luckily for John his prize was a week eco-diving in Monado, Indonesia, so he will be heading back to south-east Asia in May 2011.

SKY PARK IN SINGAPORE

 SKY PARK IN SINGAPORE

Today I am going to show you some lovely and amazing photos to lift you up. This is the photo of the Sky Park taken in Singapore. A small country with a big heart, have shown another great achievement in its own history. A country of little natural resources, and at one time, lots of people were doubtful of its survival. Today, it proves lots of people were wrong. Impressively, its national reserves surpassed US 60 billions without debt. This has made lots people wonder about its success. It reaffirms nothing is impossible.

Big congratulations to Singapore for successfully created another amazing invention in the mankind's history. Having a Sky Park at the top of the high building is not only an easy task, but making three high rise buildings serve as its pillars is a real tough job. Here, precision and detail planning need to carry out diligently. No single task can be ignored. Take your time to look at each of the photos below and share with us your feelings. I am sure everyone is looking forward to hear your views.

For those who have visited the place, we appreciate very much if you could share with us your real experience there.

Please stay tuned and we are going to share with you more exciting articles in the near future.

Seeing you again,

Carl was a quiet man. He didn't talk much. He would always greet you with a big smile and a firm handshake.

Even after living in our neighborhood for over 50 years, no one could really say they knew him very well.

Before his retirement, he took the bus to work each morning. The lone sight of him walking down the street often worried us.

He had a slight limp from a bullet wound received in WWII.

Watching him, we worried that although he had survived WWII, he may not make it through our changing uptown neighborhood with its ever-increasing random violence,
Gangs, and drug activity.

When he saw the flyer at our local church asking for volunteers for caring for the gardens behind the minister's residence, he responded in his characteristically
Unassuming manner. Without fanfare, he just signed up.

He was well into his 87th year when the very thing we had always feared finally Happened.

He was just finishing his watering for the day when three gang members approached him. Ignoring their attempt to intimidate him, he simply asked, "Would you like a drink from the hose?"

The tallest and toughest-looking of the three said, "Yeah, sure," with a malevolent little smile.

As Carl offered the hose to him, the other two grabbed Carl's arm, throwing him down.. As the hose snaked crazily over the ground, dousing everything in its way,
Carl's assailants stole his retirement watch and his wallet, and then fled.

Carl tried to get himself up, but he had been thrown down on his bad leg. He lay there trying to gather himself as the minister came running to help him.

Although the minister had witnessed the attack from his window, he couldn't get there fast enough to stop it.

"Carl, are you okay? Are you hurt?" the minister kept asking as he helped Carl to his feet.

Carl just passed a hand over his brow and sighed, shaking his head. "Just some punk kids. I hope they'll wise-up someday."

His wet clothes clung to his slight frame as he bent to pick up the hose. He adjusted the nozzle again and started to water.

Confused and a little concerned, the minister asked, "Carl, what are you doing?" "I've got to finish my watering. It's been very dry lately," came the calm reply.

Satisfying himself that Carl really was all right, the minister could only marvel.
Carl was a man from a different time and place.

A few weeks later the three returned. Just as before their threat was unchallenged.
Carl again offered them a drink from his hose.

This time they didn't rob him. They wrenched the hose from his hand and drenched him head to foot in the icy water.

When they had finished their humiliation of him, they sauntered off down the street,
Throwing catcalls and curses, falling over one another laughing at the hilarity of what they had just done.

Carl just watched them Then he turned toward the warmth giving sun, picked up his hose, and went on with his watering.

The summer was quickly fading into fall Carl was doing some tilling when he was startled by the sudden approach of someone behind him. He stumbled and fell into some evergreen branches.

As he struggled to regain his footing, he turned to see the tall leader of his summer tormentors reaching down for him. He braced himself for the expected attack.

"Don't worry old man, I'm not gonna hurt you this time."
The young man spoke softly, still offering the tattooed and scarred hand to Carl. As he helped Carl get up, the man pulled a crumpled bag from his pocket and handed it to Carl.

"What's this?" Carl asked. "It's your stuff," the man explained. "It's your stuff back. Even the money in your wallet." "I don't understand," Carl said. "Why would you help me now?"

The man shifted his feet, seeming embarrassed and ill at ease. "I learned something from You," he said.
"I ran with that gang and hurt people like you we picked you because you were old and we knew we could do it. But every time we came and did something to you, instead of yelling and fighting back, you tried to give us a drink. You didn't hate us for hating you. You kept showing love against our hate."

He stopped for a moment. "I couldn't sleep after we stole your stuff, so here it is back."

He paused for another awkward moment, not knowing what more there was to say. "That bag's my way of saying thanks for straightening me out, I guess." And with that, he walked off down the street.

Carl looked down at the sack in his hands and gingerly opened it. He took out his retirement watch and put it back on his wrist. Opening his wallet, he checked for his wedding photo. He gazed for a moment at the young bride
that still smiled back at him from all those years ago.

He died one cold day after Christmas that winter. Many people attended his funeral in spite of the weather.

In particular the minister noticed a tall young man that he didn't know sitting quietly in a distant corner of the church.

The minister spoke of Carl's garden as a lesson in life.
In a voice made thick with unshed tears, he said, "Do your best and make your garden as beautiful as you can. We will never forget Carl and his garden."

The following spring another flyer went up. It read: "Person needed to care for Carl's garden."

The flyer went unnoticed by the busy parishioners until one day when a knock was heard at the minister's office door.

Opening the door, the minister saw a pair of scarred and tattooed hands holding the flyer. "I believe this is my job, if you'll have me," the young man said.

The minister recognized him as the same young man who had returned the stolen watch and wallet to Carl.

He knew that Carl's kindness had turned this man's life around. As the minister handed him the keys to the garden shed, he said, "Yes, go take care of Carl's garden and honor him."

The man went to work and, over the next several years, he tended the flowers and vegetables just as Carl had done.

During that time, he went to college, got married, and became a prominent member of the community. But he never forgot his promise to Carl's memory and kept the garden as beautiful as he thought Carl would have kept it.

One day he approached the new minister and told him that he couldn't care for the garden any longer. He explained with a shy and happy smile, "My wife just had a baby boy last night, and she's bringing him home on Saturday."

"Well, congratulations!" said the minister, as he was handed the garden shed keys. "That's wonderful! What's the baby's name?"
"Carl," he replied.

AUCTION PROPERTIES AND ITS TRAPS PART 2

AUCTIONS PROPERTIES AND ITS TRAPS 2

In conjunction with my previous article on Auction Property and its traps, I must say that the article below is also relevant to substantiate my advice not to touch those properties that are tenanted and the people living there are not willing to move out – no matter how cheap the property is. Choosing another property seems to be a better choice.

To refresh your memory, you may click at the title of this article to access to its previous article.

I say so because the tenants may use similar plot to trap its new owner. As such, I advise you to read the article below. For your easy reference, I also append the article for your easy reading.

Beware the property trap, Chong tells owners

By HIU CHII FEN in the Star Newspapers dated April 16, 2010

KUALA LUMPUR: Do not break into your own property even if your tenant fails to pay the rent. It could be a trap.
This was the warning given by MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Michael Chong to landlords who were thinking of doing this to reclaim their property.
Chong said any move by a landlord to break into the property, even when the tenant failed to pay the rent, was against the law.
He said many landlords had been brought to court by tenants for breaking into their properties and were sued for the loss of their tenants’ assets including cash.
“This could be a trap laid by tenants who are looking for easy cash. They could be conmen,” Chong told a press conference at his office in Wisma MCA here yesterday.
In the past three months, three such claims were made by tenants – all of them Malaysians – against their landlords.
Their claims amounted to a total of RM117,000 in cash and assets.
During the same period, he said he received 12 complaints of tenants who failed to pay a total of RM57,000 in rent.
Lawyer Leong Pak Yiew, who is a member of the department, advised landlords facing this problem to file for a distress order at a court.
“Under this order, landlords will be able to legally seize the premises and the tenant’s rent will be recovered through auctioning all assets found within it,” he said.
However, this process could take up to two months and might be costly in terms of legal and court fees.

Hope you find it relevant and helpful. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you,
James Oh

SIX PRINCIPLES OF LIFE

PRINCIPLES OF LIFE
  • No point using limited life to chase unlimited money.
  • No point earning so much money you cannot live to spend it.
      • Money is not yours until you spend it.
        • When you are young, you use your health to chase your wealth;when you are old, you use your wealth to buy back your health. Difference is that, it is too late.
          • How happy a man is, is not how much he has but how little he needs.
            • No point working so hard to provide for the people you have no time to spend with.

            • Remember this -- We come to this world with nothing, we leave this world with nothing!

NEW BREAST CANCER

New Type of Breast Cancer! very important

Share  this on to all women you know!

A Lovely gal who worked at the Royal Bank here - died of this kind of breast cancer last year..  She went to the new Doctor here in town - showed the Doctor her symptoms & was given an antibiotic to clear up the rash! It got much worse - so she went to the Doctor I have here - and he had her into Winnipeg that same day - he knew what it was!

Too sad!

This is so important to every woman you know.

Please share it with everyone you know and particularly those you care about.

New
 Kind of Breast Cancer

New kind of Breast Cancer -
Please share with all of the women in your lives .. Mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, friends, etc.

In November, a rare kind of breast cancer was
found. A lady developed a rash on her breast,
similar to that of young mothers who are
nursing.

Because her mammogram had been clear,
the doctor treated her with antibiotics for
infections. After 2 rounds, it continued to

get worse, so her doctor sent her for
another mammogram. This time it showed
a mass.

A biopsy found a fast growing malignancy.
Chemo was started in order to shrink the
growth; then a mastectomy was performed;
then a full round of Chemo; then radiation.
After about 9 months of intense treatment,
she was given a clean bill of health.

She had one year of living each day to its

fullest.
Then the cancer returned to the liver
area. She took 4 treatments and decided that
she wanted quality of life, not the after effects
of Chemo. She had 5 great months and she
planned each detail of the final days. After a
few days of needing morphine, she died.
She left this message to be delivered to
women everywhere:

Women, PLEASE be alert to anything that is not normal, and be persistent in getting help as soon as possible.

Paget's Disease
: This is a rare form of breast cancer, and is on the outside of the breast, on the nipple and aureole It appeared as a rash, which later became a lesion with a crusty outer edge. I would not have ever suspected it to be breast cancer but it was. My nipple never seemed any different to me, but the rash bothered me, so I went to the doctor for that. Sometimes, it itched and was sore, but other than that it didn't bother me. It was just ugly and a nuisance, and could not be cleared up with all the creams
prescribed by my doctor and dermatologist for the dermatitis on my eyes just prior to this outbreak. They seemed a little concerned but did not warn me it could be cancerous.

Now, I suspect not many women out there know a lesion or rash on the nipple or aureole can be
breast cancer. (Mine started out as a single red pimple on the aureole. One of the biggest problems with Paget's disease of the nipple is that the symptoms appear to be harmless.. It is frequently thought to be a skin inflammation or infection, leading to unfortunate delays in detection and care.)

What are the symptoms?

1. A persistent redness, oozing, and crusting of your nipple causing it to itch and burn (As I stated, mine did not itch or burn much, and had no oozing I was aware of, but it did have a crust along the outer edge on one side.)

2. A sore on your nipple that will not heal. (Mine was on the aureole area with a whitish thick looking area in center of nipple)..

3. Usually only one nipple is effected. How is it diagnosed?

Your doctor will do a physical exam and should suggest having a mammogram of both breasts, done immediately.
Even though the redness, oozing and crusting closely
resemble dermatitis (inflammation of the skin), your doctor should suspect cancer if the sore is only on one breast.

Your doctor should order a biopsy of your sore to confirm what is going on.

This message should be taken seriously and
passed on to as many of your relatives and
friends as possible; it could save someone's
life.

My breast cancer has spread and metastasized

to my bones after receiving mega doses of
chemotherapy, 28 treatments of radiation and
taking Tamaxofin.. If this had been diagnosed
as breast cancer in the beginning, perhaps it
would not have spread...

TO ALL READERS
:

This is sad as women are not aware of Paget's
disease. If, by passing this around, we can make others aware of it and its potential danger, we are helping women everywhere.

Please, if you can, take a moment to share
this message to as many people as possible,
especially to your family and friends. It only
takes a moment, yet the results could save a
life.

MICROWAVE WATER

Microwave water

A 26-year-old guy decided to have a cup of coffee.  He took a cup of water and put it in the microwave to heat it up (something that he had done numerous times before).

I am not sure how long he set the timer for, but he told me he wanted to bring the water to a boil. When the timer shut the microwave oven off, he removed the cup from the oven. As he looked into the cup, he noted that the water was not boiling, but instantly the water in the cup 'blew-up' into his face.

The cup remained intact but the water had flown out into his face due to the build up of energy. His whole face is blistered and he has 1st and 2nd degree burns to his face, which may leave scarring. He also may lose partial sight in his left eye.. While at the hospital, the doctor who was attending to him stated that this is a fairly common occurrence and water (alone) should never be heated in a microwave oven. If water is heated in this manner, something should be placed in the cup to diffuse the energy such as a wooden stir stick, tea bag, etc.  It is however a much safer choice to boil the water in a teakettle.

General Electric's (GE) response:

Thanks for contacting us. I will be happy to assist you. The e-mail that you received is correct. Microwaved water and other liquids do not always bubble when they reach boiling point. They can actually get superheated and not bubble at all. The superheated liquid will bubble up out of the cup when it is moved or when something like a spoon or teabag is put into it. To prevent this from happening and causing injury, do not heat any liquid for more than two minutes per cup.  After heating, let the cup stand in the microwave for thirty seconds before moving it or adding anything into it.

CONTACT LENSES - COSTLY NOT AWARE OF

DEAR READERS

BE AWARE OF THE DANGER OF THE CONTACT LENSES

A 21-year-old guy, who used to wear contact lenses, during a barbecue party, while barbecuing, stared at the burning charcoals continuously for 2-3 minutes. After these few minutes he started screaming for help jumping up and down. No one in the party could understand why he was doing this. He was admitted into hospital and the doctor said he would be blind permanently because of the contact lenses that he had worn. Contact lenses are made with plastics and the heat from the charcoal melted his contact lenses.

DO NOT WEAR CONTACT LENSES WHERE OVERHEATING AND FLAMES ARE CONCERNED... ..OR WHILE COOKING...!

感恩的故事 (Story of Appreciation)

感恩的故事 (Story of Appreciation)
一名成績優秀的青年去申請一個大公司的經理職位。

One young academically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big company.
他通過了第一級的面試,董事長做最後的面試,做最後的決定。
He passed the first interview, the director did the last interview, made the last decision.

董事長從該青年的履歷上發現,該青年成績一 貫優秀,從中學到研究生從來沒有間斷過。
The director discovered from the CV,  that the youth's academic result is excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research, never has a year he did not score.

董事長問,你在學校裏拿到獎學金嗎?該青年回答,沒有。
The director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarship in school?" and the youth answered "none".

董事長問,是你的父親 為您付學費嗎?該青年回答,我父親在我一歲時就去世了,是我的母親給我付的學費。
The director asked, " Is it your father pay for your school fees?" the youth answered, my father passed away when I was one year old, it is my mother who paid for my school fees.

董事長問,那你的母親是在那家公司高就?該 青年回答,我的母親是給人洗衣服的。
董事長要求該青年把手伸給他,該青年把一雙潔白的手伸給董事長。
The director asked, " Where did your mother worked?" the youth answered, my mother worked as cloth cleaner. The director requested the youth to show his hand, the youth showed a pair of hand that is smooth and perfect to the director.

董事長問,你幫你母 親洗過衣服嗎?該青年回答,從來沒有,我媽總是要我多讀書,再說,母親洗衣服比我快得多。
The director asked, " Did you ever help your mother washed the cloth before?" The youth answered, never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books, furthermore, my mother can wash cloths faster than me.
董事長說,我有個要求,你今天回家,給你母 親洗一次雙手,明天上午你再來見我。
The director said, I had a request, when you go back today, go and help to clean your mother's hand, and then see me tomorrow morning.
該青年覺得自己成功的可能很大,回到家後,高高興興地要給母親洗手,母親受寵若驚地把手伸給孩子。
The youth felt that its chance of landing the job is high, when he went back, he happily wanted to clean his mother's hand, his mother feel strange, happy but mixed with fear, she showed her hand to the kid.

青年給母親洗著手,漸漸地,眼淚掉下來了,因為他第一次發現,他母親的雙手都是老繭,有個傷口在碰到水時還疼得發抖。
The youth cleaned his mother's hand slowly, his tear drop down as he did that.  It is first time he found his mother's hand is so wrinkled, and there are so many bruises in her hand. Some bruises incites pains so strong that shiver her mother's body when cleaned with water.
青年第一次體會到,母親就是 每天用這雙有傷口的手洗衣服為他付學費,母親的這雙手就是他今天畢業的代價。
This is the first time the youth realized and experienced that it is this pair of hand that washed the cloth everyday to earn him the school fees, the bruises in the mother's hand is the price that the mother paid for his graduation and academic excellence and probably his future.
該青年給母親洗完手後,一聲不響地把母親剩下要洗的衣服都洗了。
After finishing the cleaning of his mother hand, the youth quietly cleaned all remaining clothes for his mother.
當天晚上,母親和孩子聊了很久很久。
That night, mother and sons talked for a very long time.

第二天早上,該青年去見董事長。
Next morning, the youth went to the director's office

董事長望著該青年紅腫的眼睛,問到,可以告訴我你昨天回家做了些什麼嗎?
The director noticed the tear in the youth's eye, asked: " Can you tell you what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"
該青年回答說,我給母親洗完手之後, 我幫母親把剩下的衣服都洗了。
The youth answered, " I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'
董事長說,請你告訴我你的感受。
The director asked, " please tell me your feeling."

該青年說,第一,我懂得了感恩,沒有我 母親,我不可能有今天。第二,我懂得了要去
和母親一起勞動,才會知道母親的辛苦。第三,我懂得了家庭親情的可貴
The youth said, Number 1, I knew what is appreciation, without my mother, there would not the successful me today. Number 2, I knew how to work together with my mother, then only I can realize how difficult and tough to get something done.  Number 3, I knew the importance and value of family relationship.

董事長說,我就是要錄取一個會 感恩,會體會別人辛苦,不是把金錢當作人生第一目標的人來當經理。你被錄取了。
The director said, " This is what I am asking, I want to recruit a person that can appreciate the help of other, a person that knew the suffering of others to get thing done, and a person that would not put money as his only goal in life to be my manager. You are hired.
這位青年後來果真工作努力,深得職工擁護,員工也都努力工作,整個公司業績大幅成長。
Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates, every employees worked diligently and in a team, the company's result improved tremendously.

A child who has been protected and habitually given whatever he did, he developed "entitlement mentality" and always put himself first. He is ignorance of his parent's effort. When he started work, he assumed every people must listen to him, and when he became a manager, he would never know how suffering his employee and always blame others.  For this kind of people, he can have good result, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement, he will grumble and full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parent, did we love the kid or destroy the kid?
You can let your kid lived in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experienced it. After a meal, let them washed their plate and bowl together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way.  You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parent are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid learn how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learn the ability to work with others to get thing done.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REMOVE ONE OF YOUR LIMITING BELIEF IN 20 MINUTES

Hi everyone,

Today I am deeply delighted to share with you about this great video by Morty at http://www.reccreateyourlife.com, which I have watched and found it is helpful and I hope that you too will find it useful.

This refreshes and reaffirms our previous articles in recognition of the importance of our belief, as its main function is to govern our thoughts, decisions, actions and behaviour. As we all are aware that beliefs are invisible yet powerful which to a large extent control our thoughts and behaviours behind the scenes.

Once you take a certain course of action and not the others because of the values and beliefs you associate with it. For example, if you have the false belief that mistakes and failure are bad, then you will avoid them from happening. As such, you will miss the opportunity of many growth and learning experiences. This is because you have to fail in order to build new skills. Everything comes with good and bad side of it and you have to take the whole of it - that is the reality.

Here, the question arises as where do these beliefs come from?

Generally, people think that these limiting beliefs have been cultivated from childhood, but this is not necessary the case. It may be due to our mind drawing false generalization based on one or more specific events and we associated these meanings to those events from our perspective and may not be the truth. Such unhealthy interpretations dis-empower us and caused a blockage of our mind from taking certain actions even though such actions may be reasonable and intelligent ones. Here, we must be cautious not to be manipulated and influenced by those limiting beliefs by others whose intention is not to make us free and independent.

How to remove such limiting belief?

To remove a limiting belief, you must do more than identify and acknowledge it. You may be aware that rejection is not necessary a terrible thing, however your subconscious mind is still conditioned to avoid it. Awareness is only part of the solution, but you must take certain appropriate action to eliminate it permanently. That's how the Morty's video may play a significant role in this aspect.

Morty claimed to have developed a method for permanently eliminating limiting beliefs. And the best part of his method is that it only took about 20 minutes to apply, and you only had to do it once. Not once per day or once per week. But just once. Try to log in at the link above Now and try it out yourself.

I was intrigued and listen to all his interactive videos, each one targeting a different limiting belief and I highly recommend you to do so. I found it is fairly easy and it takes about 20 minutes to eliminate one limiting belief. How wonderful if you can complete the whole process in front of your computer at a time and place convenient to you. Thank Morty's for his freebie offer. Now

you can eliminate one of the three most common limiting beliefs:

• I’m not good enough.

• Mistakes and failure are bad.

• I’m not important.

Please do share with us your experience via comment or email to me. If you enjoyed this article, don't forget to pass it on! Share it by clicking on the Twitter, FB or other social networking bar at the left side of this post.

Thanks so much for hanging out here today with me! Enjoy the rest of your day and make it a truly happy one!

YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW

A True Story....

A woman baked chapati for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby. She kept the extra chapati on the Window-sill, for whosoever would take it away. Everyday, a hunchback came and took away the chapati. Instead of expressing gratitude, he muttered the following words as he went his way: "The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" This went on, day after day. Everyday, the hunch-back came, picked up the chapati and uttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!"  The woman felt irritated. "Not a word of gratitude," she said to herself...

"Everyday this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean? "One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him. "I shall get rid of this hunchback," she said. And what did she do? She added poison to the Chapatti she prepared for him! As she was about to keep it on the window sill, her hands trembled. "What is this I am doing?" she said Immediately, she threw the chapati into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window- sill. As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the chapati and muttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman.

Everyday, as the woman placed the chapati on the window-sill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months, she had no news of him. She prayed for his safe return. That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak.

As he saw his mother, he said, "Mom, it's a miracle I'm here. While I was but a mile away, I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by. I begged of him for a morsel of food, and he was kind enough to give me a whole chapati."As he gave it to me, he said, "This is what I eat everyday: today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!" " As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale.

She leaned against the door for support. She remembered the poisoned chapati that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt it in the fire, it would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life! It was then that she realized the significance of the words:"The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!"

Do good and; Don't ever stop doing good, even if it’s not appreciated at that time.

WHY DIE FROM CANCER

Dear everyone,

Cancer Treatment:
ALWAYS EAT FRESH FRUIT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH,,

Dr Stephen Mak told …..that he treats terminal cancer patients in an
"un-orthodox" way, and many patients recovered. He explained, that
before he uses solar energy to clear the illnesses of his patients, he
believes on natural healing in the body against illnesses.

See the article below

-----------------------------------------------
Dear Shereen,
Thanks for the email on fruits and juices. It's one of the strategies
to heal cancer. Lately, my success rate in curing cancer is about 80%.
Cancer patients shouldn't die. The cure for cancer has already been
found, whether you believe it or not.
I am sorry for the hundreds of cancer patients who die under the
conventional treatments. Very few live for 5 years under conventional
treatments, and most live for only about 2 to 3 years... The
conventional treatments don't make any difference, because most cancer
patients also live for about 2 to 3 years without any treatment. It is
difficult to cure cancer patients who've undergone chemo and
radiotherapy, as their cells are toxic and weak. When there is a
relapse, the cancer spreads very fast, as the resistance is poor.
Thanks, and God bless.

Dr Stephen Mak
EATING FRESH FRUITS

This is very informative!

We all think eating fruit means just buying fruit, cutting it up and
popping it into our mouths. It's not that easy. It's important to know
how and when to eat fruit.

What's the correct way to eat fruit?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUIT AFTER A MEAL! FRUIT SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN
EMPTY STOMACH.

Eating fruit like that plays a major role in detoxifying your system,
supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other
life activities..

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread, then a slice of fruit. The
slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the
intestines, but it's prevented from doing so.

In the meantime, the whole meal rots and ferments, and turns to acid.
The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach,
and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

Eat your fruit on an empty stomach, or before your meal! You've heard
people complain: Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian
my stomach bloats, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the
toilet, etc. This will not happen if you eat the fruit on an empty
stomach. Fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas.
Hence, you bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the
eyes - all of these will NOT happen if you eat fruit on an empty
stomach.

There's no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are
acidic, because all fruit becomes alkaline in our body, according to
Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have
mastered the correct way of eating fruit, you have the Secret of
Beauty, Longevity, Health, Energy, Happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT
from the cans. Don't drink juice that has been heated. Don't eat
cooked fruit; you don't get the nutrients at all. You get  only the
taste... Cooking destroys all of the vitamins.

Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should
drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you
must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a
3-day fruit-fast to cleanse your body. Eat fruit and drink fruit juice
for just 3 days, and you will be surprised when your friends say how
radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty, and a good source of potassium, magnesium,
vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange!

AN  APPLE a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low
vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the
activity of vitamin C, thereby helping to lower the risk of colon
cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total
antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from
cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

EATING 2 - 4 ORANGES oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower
cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones, and reduce the risk of
colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also
packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune
system. Also a key source of lycopene, the cancer-fighting oxidant.
Also found in watermelon: Vitamin C & Potassium..

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners
for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which
helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene, good for your
eyes..

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!
Can u believe this? For those who like to drink cold water, this
applies to you. It's nice to have a cold drink after a meal, however,
the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you've just consumed,
which
slows digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will
break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid
food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats
and lead to cancer.. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after

a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks.

HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be
the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw. You may
never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of
people who have a heart attack while they're asleep do not wake up.
Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Be careful, and be
aware. The more we know, the better our chance to survive.

LAW OF ATTRACTION - MYTH OR REAL

Dear friends,

Lately I came across the title, Why the Law of Attraction is wrong, but why it still works, which is published in Zen Habit blog. I find it very interesting and like to voice out my personal's two cent thoughts on this popular theory. The question whether it is working is very much dependent on the mindset of its beholder. Why I say so?

This is because I am a firm believer that every body is in control of his mind and free will. However, his mind is very much influenced by the value he attach to the event or things. Should his emotion takes over because he choose to allow it to happen. I rather prescribe it as implied consent which he consciously or unconsciously give in to his emotion except those spontaneous reaction which does not go through his mind.

As such, the law of attraction can work because the person believe in it and he guides his thoughts to stay focus on his preset goal. With his focus concentrating on that goal, ignoring all the distractions, but directing all the energy to the focus on the goal, which we are aware of the power of concentration.

A good analogy to this is to put a paper below the magnifying glass under the hot sun. You can see how powerful is the power that penetrates on one focal point, which eventually cause a fire on the paper if you hold it long enough.

Similarly, these energy drives him to a particular action which is consistent to his belief. Here, it works very well because positive thoughts will also breed more positive thoughts which eventually push his whole impulse to take that particular action, which ultimately deliver the results. Hence, it can even creates a breakthrough result. Now, you can see that these two forces work hand in hand to make it a reality.

As such, to put all the credit to the Law of Attraction may be too unrealistic and a bit inaccurate. However, I am more incline to phrase it as "so long as you can stay focus on your goal and constantly take the appropriate action in line with your goal, then the chances of achieving anything you put in your mind will materialise."

Here, the positive attitude plays a very significant role in boosting up his energy to work on it consistently and persistently. For him to take the appropriate action, he also need other elements such as skill, qualification and experience to deliver the results. Otherwise, he may have to learn, unlearn and relearn from the real practice.

Therefore, I rather conclude that it is more accurate to say that the above attributes deliver the results, and not LOA. However, it is also very difficult to prove that the LOA is wrong and to say it is wrong is also too harsh. Its truth can also be uphold to large extent.

I was initially so excited with it and hope that through sharing, you too may get excited as well. With the above discussion, it may give you some insight as how I look at it. In this connection, I am more than happy to hear from your perspective.

If you find the above discussion is of value to you. Please don't forget to pass it on! You may share it by clicking on the Twitter, FB or other social networking side bar at the left side of the post.

Breathing Therapy

Breathing Therapy Makes u Relax

The nose has a left and a right side;
we use both to inhale and exhale.

Actually they are different;
you would be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun,
left side represents the moon.

During a headache,
try to close your right nose and use
your left nose to breathe.

In about 5 Mins, your headache will go?

If you feel tired,
just reverse,
close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.

After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily,
left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses,
so they get "cooled off" faster.

Most of the guys breathe with their right noses,
they get worked up.

Breathing
 Therapy Makes u Relax

Do you notice the moment we wake up,
which side breathes faster?
Left or right? ?

If left is faster, you will feel tired.

So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing,
you will get refreshed quickly.

This can be taught to kids,

My friend used to have bad headaches and
was always visiting the doctor.

There was this period when she suffered headache literally every night, unable to study.

Breathing Therapy Makes u
 Relax

She took painkillers, did not work.

He decided to try out the breathing therapy here:
closed his right nose and breathed through his left nose.

In less than a week, his headaches were gone!
He continued the exercise for one month.

This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that he has experienced.

So, why not give it a try?
