MEDICINAL PROPERTIES OF UNION : HUMBLE BULB DESERVES FAR MORE RESPECT THAN ITS CURRENTLY GETS

I received

Give it a try....nothing to lose.

Maybe...who knows?  Read on.

ONIONS

A friend of mine told me a story about how when he was a kid
he was in the hospital & near dying.  His Italian
grandmother came to the hospital & told a family member to
go buy her a large onion & a new pair of white cotton socks.
She sliced the onion open then put a slice on the bottom of
each of his feet & put the white cotton socks on him.  In
the morning when he awoke they removed the socks. The
slices of onion were black & his fever was gone. The
following story that someone sent to me might have some
truth in it & we are going to try it this winter.

In 1919 when the flu killed 40  million people there was
this Doctor that visited the many  farmers to see if he
could help them combat the flu. Many of the farmers and
their family had contracted it and  many died.

The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise,
everyone was very healthy.  When the doctor asked what  the
farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that
she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of
the home, (probably only two rooms back then).  The doctor
couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the
onions and place it under the microscope.  She gave him one
and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in  the
onion.  It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore,
        keeping the family healthy.

Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser in AZ.  She said
that several years ago many of her employees were coming
down with the flu and so were many of her customers.  The
next year she placed several bowls with  onions around in
her shop.  To her surprise, none of  her staff got sick. It
must work.  (And no, she is not in the onion business.)

The moral of the story is, buy some onions and place them
in bowls around your home.  If you work at a desk, place
one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top
somewhere.  Try it and see what happens.  We did it last
year and we never got the flu.

If this helps you and your loved ones from getting sick, all
the better.  If you do get the flu, it just might be a mild
case...

Whatever, what have you to lose? Just a few bucks on onions!

Now there is a P. S. to this for I sent it to a friend in
Oregon who regularly contributes material to me on health
issues.  She replied with this most interesting experience
         about onions:

Weldon, thanks for the reminder.  I don't know about the
farmers story... but, I do know that I contacted pneumonia
and needless to say I was very ill... I came across an
article that said to cut both ends off an onion put one end
on a fork and then place the forked end into an empty jar...
placing the jar next to the sick patient at night.  It said
the onion would be black in the morning from the germs...
sure enough it happened just like that... the onion was a
mess and I began to feel better.

Another thing I read in the article was that onions and
garlic placed around the room saved many from the black
plague years ago.  They have powerful antibacterial,
         antiseptic properties.

Below is the short briefing of

The Terracotta Warriors: Forbidding Sentinels of a Death Defying Emperor

The Terracotta Warriors represent only a small portion of the eight thousand
strong underground army buried in front of the Emperor Qinshihuang's tomb
(r. 221-207 BC) to defend him in the afterlife. The craftsmanship attested by
each of the statues is as stupendous as the scale of the project. So who was
the Emperor Qinshihuang to merit such magnificence?

One of the most important rulers in Chinese history, this Emperor leaves a
legacy as morally complicated as that of Peter the Great. For, like the Russian
Tsar, he is as well-known for his contributions to the modern state as he is for
sacrificing the lives of thousands of laborers to his visionary projects. Made
King of the state of Qin at the age of thirteen, by the time he was thirty-eight
he conquered the six neighboring states to unify China for the first time.

Although reviled for his tyranny, Qinshihuangdi is also admired for many radical
and insightful policies which subsequent dynasties employed. To synthesize
seven separate states into one nation, he standardized a common script and
established uniform measurement and monetary systems. For effective
government, he codified a legal system and replaced hereditary rulers with a
centrally appointed administrative system. To improve industrial productivity he
encouraged agricultural reforms and constructed many roads. And in an effort to
limit the inroads of barbarian tribes, he supervised the construction of a defence
fortification along the northern frontier, the first Great Wall. Although China
benefited from these policies, thousands of Chinese workers died in completing
this far-reaching public works program.
700,000 forced laborers were sacrificed to construct his tomb which was begun
as soon as he ascended the throne. All workers and childless concubines were
interred with him to safeguard its secrets. According to Sima Qian's "The Historical
Records" written a century later, heaven and earth are represented in the tomb's
central chamber. The ceiling, inlaid with pearls, represents the starry heavens.
The floor, made of stone, forms a map of the Chinese kingdom; a hundred rivers of
mercury flow across it. And all manner of treasure is protected by deadly booby-
traps.

The main tomb has still to be excavated - partly because archaeologists are still
uncertain of its exact location. Often Emperors amassed huge burial mounds simply
to divert robbers' attention from the true site of their tomb. So the artificial mound
that today marks the Emperor's tomb does not necessarily indicate the location of its
wondrous central chamber. However, because high mercury levels have recently
been reported nearby, archaeologists think they may, at last, have discovered it.
The Terracotta Warriors, that you will see today, form just one of the many barriers
the ruthless Emperor employed to protect his tomb for eternity.

The limestone and marble Kouroi and Kourai of the Greek Late Archaic Period
(535-480 BCE) refute the claim that the Terracotta Warriors were the first
free-standing statues in the history of world art. This, though, does little to
undermine the ingenuity of the Terracotta Warriors' design and manufacturing
process. For whereas the Ancient Greeks meticulously carved individual statues
out of stone, the Qin dynasty project held all the problems of production on a mass
scale. Tens of thousands of individual human and animal statues were
manufactured within a series of processes that began with the molding of solid
legs.

It was by constructing each of the hollow statues upon solid legs that the Ancient
Chinese craftsemen solved the perplexing problem of how to make a statue
free-standing. Hollow heads, arms and legs, made of coiled earth, were joined
together with strips of clay and set upon the solid legs. After this rough model was
assembled, a fine clay slip was added, and details such as eyes, mouth, nose and
details of dress were carved into the clay while it was still pliable. Additional pieces such as ears, beard and armour were modeled separately and attached, after which the whole
figure was fired at a high temperature.

THE WIDER VIEW

THE WIDER VIEW: Taking shape, the new bridge at the Hoover Dam

Creeping closer inch by inch, 900 feet above the mighty Colorado River, the two sides of a $160 million bridge at the Hoover Dam slowly take shape. The bridge will carry a new section of US Route 93 past the bottleneck of the old road which can be seen twisting and winding around and across the dam itself.

When complete, it will provide a new link between the states of Nevada and Arizona. In an incredible feat of engineering, the road will be supported on the two massive concrete arches which jut out of the rock face.

The arches are made up of 53 individual sections each 24 feet long which have been cast on-site and are being lifted into place using an improvised high-wire crane strung between temporary steel pylons.

The arches will eventually measure more than 1,000 feet across. At the moment, the structure looks like a traditional suspension bridge. But once the arches are complete, the suspending cables on each side will be removed. Extra vertical columns will then be installed on the arches to carry the road.

The bridge has become known as the Hoover Dam bypass, although it is officially called the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, after a former governor of Nevada and an American Football player from Arizona who joined the US Army and was killed in Afghanistan.

Work on the bridge started in 2005 and should finish next year. An estimated 17,000 cars and trucks will cross it every day.

The dam was started in 1931 and used enough concrete to build a road from New York to San Francisco. The stretch of water it created, Lake Mead, is 110 miles long and took six years to fill. The original road was opened at the same time as the famous dam in 1936. More photos below.

An extra note: The top of the white band of rock in Lake Mead is the old waterline prior to the drought and development in the Las Vegas area. It is over 100 feet above the current water level.

The above unique and amazing bridge reveals to me how powerful are our minds. Thank God for giving us these wonderful gifts that lead us to conquer every challenge that comes along our daily life. Similarly, the above bridge began with a thought or dream of its inventor, who eventually translates it into a reality.

No doubt every creation has its own challenges so has this one. However, no matter how tough is the task, the tough will never give up, but it pushes the inventor to find solution to overcome it. As such, it affirms the saying that we are what we think.

Whatever we believe and convinced that this creation is workable, we will attract the positive energy to build it up, bit by bit till it is completed. All we have to do is be persistently working on it regardless of what the next obstacle will be. We are sure that it will ultimately be completed so long as we never give up.

So friend, do you know that God gives everyone a mind, which is equally powerful so long as that person believes in that way. However, it is equally true if that person believes otherwise, it will destroy him. In short, it very much depends on its beholders whether to use it to empower or destroy. The choice is on your hand. This has been well proven in the Scripture and mankind's history.

Before we end, we urge you to make the former as your choice and you are also encourage to exercise it with a task; affirm and reaffirm on this line of belief daily. Our mind is just like our muscle, through daily appropriate exercise it will be strengthened. As such, you need to feed it with the healthy stuff and stay on guard not to be tainted by those negative news that happen around you. This is to avoid you being swung along with the other thoughts which are equally powerful.

Thanks so much for reading this article and if you are truly be lifted up by it like the way it did to us.  Then, please pass it to someone whom you think needs this boost. Thank you in advance for your kind action. Bear in mind that we need to stay with the same minded people so as to support us along the journey we choose so that we do not depart from it.

HOW TO LIVE YOUR LIFE TO ITS FULLEST

Dear Friends,

I am sure that some of you may be searching for the answer for the above question like me. This long sought after answer has driven me to blog this post because I have finally found mine, and do not know about you.

However, I prefer to share it out with you so as it will at least help you to find yours as well. Likewise, we always believe that we can only pass back our experience and knowledge to the world which we have benefited from, that is the way to express our appreciation to the world.

As far as I am concern, I would rather take the interpretation that to truly live life to its fullest, one has to truly enjoy every moment of our time. I have to adopt the right perspective so as to stay focus in enjoying every moment, regardless as to what condition, situation I am in. This is critically important that I have to choose whether to stay in control or let the events control me. In other words, if you choose to enjoy every moment, then you have to look at the event at the appropriate perspective so that it does not bring adverse emotion to yourself.

To achieve such a desirable result, you need to break your life into series of events and you have to manage every event in such manner that you stay at the peak at all times. It sounds simple yet it is not easy to manage. Here, you need to put in practice, learnt and unlearnt from it. Through practice, you can then be an expert in handling every situation.

Now, you may able to see why I chose the former. This is because practice reaffirms me and I can learn from it. It will mould myself into a better person so to speak. By constantly put it into practice, it will then become my habit and eventually become part of me. Thank God that I am able to see this clearly and He had implanted in me such a positive perspective, which enable me to see every event that happened in my situation, or people around me so naturally without getting any adverse influence from it. In this context, we must be fully aware that there are so much reported negative news everywhere; online and offline. It is so easy to be influenced by it as people tends to distribute more unhealthy news rather than healthy news. Therefore, you need to stay on guard at all times so as not to be affected by such invisible harm, that can easily spiral from it, if you are not careful.

To me, to achieve the above goal you need to break your life into series of activities and you have to manage each activity, both good and bad as normal people see it, in accordance to your positive perspective. In other words, what you can control is yourself, and not the external factors. To stay in control of yourself, you have to truly discover your true self and let your inward reflection convert into your external behavior. You can't hide this inward feeling as it will leave thorns that people can see it no matter how you conceal it.

By knowing your true self coupled with the appropriate strategy, you will be able to conquer these challenges without any fear and worry. You will be totally free and live your life to its fullest. For instance, you like your favorite team, let say England to win the match against Germany in the recent World cup. However, due to the error made by the referee, as some alleged, you allow your emotion to take the lead that caused you not to enjoy the game immediately thereafter the controversial moment. As such, you feel hurt and painful not only affecting yourself at that moment, but also the rest of your time and the people around you thereafter. However, if you choose to forgive the error made by the referee, as some alleged and you also recognise the fact that no one is perfect. Then, same principle apply to the referee who has a task to decide at that particular moment. Hence, the tendency of making such a mistake is remotely high. It is fair to say that your tendency to spot an opportunity to address this issue is equally high. Do not forget the big picture that the spirit of this tournament is to improve the quality of the game and connecting the world through the ball. Which country wins the game at the end of the day is not so crucial. Hope you can understand what I am trying to raise here.

By having the right perspective, looking at the event in life is very crucial to achieve success as far as I am concerned. Firstly it will not only make you wiser, but you will have a more opened mind in the sense that you are able to look at things in various perspectives and it will eventually sharpen your evaluation and lead you to make better decisions in accordance with your pre set goals. In short, life is the sum of your choices.

SAVERS ARE LOSERS
Dear Readers and Visitors,
Lots of people providing financial advice usually tell people to “save their money” to get ahead. This have proven very true in the past, prior to changes in 1971. However, the question arises whether this is still true in today's context. Before we discuss further, it may be appropriate for us to touch on the significant events in 1971, where economic measures taken by U.S. President Richard Nixon in  unilaterally canceling the direct convertibility of the United States dollar to gold that essentially ended the existing Bretton Woods system of international financial exchange.

Due to the above changes, some financial advisers advocate that Savers are Losers. Though it might sound radical, however does it really make sense to save your money in today's economy? The answer is yes and no.

Why we say that the answer to the question is in the affirmative because some of you may be aware that the inflation rate is very much higher than the savings rate you earn from fixed deposit. As a result, it does not make sense to save in the form of deposit except for your contingency and emergency purposes. This is crucial for those who do not have insurance policy for their needs.

With this in mind, of course it makes more sense to hold securities in other forms than hard cash. Consequently, people became more incline to invest in commodities, real estate, shares and bonds as their hedging and investment tools which they believe to generate higher yields. This is true to some extent, if you enter and exit at the right timing. Timing is always the issue in any form of investment. You don't need a genius to figure it out for you.

However, when there is heavy speculation, then the price will go up. Those who entered the market much earlier will make some profit. That is the game. The question that arises is when will the price reach its peak level. To have a better guage of the situation, you need to have relevant information that has an impact on those commodities. Your entry and exit point of your investment is crucial. The difference will give rise to the return of your investment. This will be the mechanism you ought to know. However, you also need to know that if these prices  keep on increasing, the appropriate authority will have to step in so as to reflect that they are tackling the issue. As a result, you may see the reversal trend appears on the market. Such an unhealthy trend so called to be curbed by the policy makers by imposing a much higher saving rate so as to reduce its impact to the society. If this issue is not well addressed, then this will add unnecessary burden to the lower income group especially, salary earners. If left unchecked, it will cause chaos to society at the end of the day.

As such, If these trends for the long term are in the upward trend, then it makes more sense to invest on the above instruments rather than savings. As the market is flooded with liquidity, the investors have to turn them into other forms of instrument other than cash. Then the above argument holds water.

However, at the accumulation stage of wealth, you may need to save by cutting down unnecessary expenses so long as you spend on the area where it can give you a better return in terms of health, enhance your productivity or assets value. Here, you must be cautious of spending on those areas that really can generate a higher yield to you. Every cent you save must be well spent to enhance those values so that you are either able to reduce your expenses substantially now or in the near future. Then you are actually added value to your net worth at the end of the day.

By now, we hope we have given you a good insight of accuracy of the above statement so as to enhance your wealth management skills at the end of the day. This is crucial so as to reduce your unnecessary worries so as to lift you up in this critical aspect of life. No doubts money will bring you unnecessary misery, but lack of it will also give you tremendous misery as well. Of course, the latter is much better than the former, we believe.

Please don't forget to share with us your views, both good and bad.

Thank for your time to read this article. Wishing you a great success.

The Nine Habits of Highly Healthy People

by Jonny Bowden

[]For years, business and motivational gurus have known that there are basic habits that seem to predict professional success and excellence. Books like
"The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", by motivational speaker and business guru Stephen Covey, PhD has sold over 15 million copies alone, to people hungry for the secrets of success.

We don't yet have the perfect formula for long life, happiness and physical health, but a little careful distillation of the massive amount of research on health and longevity reveals that cultivating nine basic habits will significantly increase the odds of your living long, well and happily, in a robust, healthy, weight-appropriate body.

1. Eat your vegetables. No kidding. And I'm talking at least 9 servings a day.. Unless you're following the most stringent first stage of the Atkins Diet, you should be able to consume 60-120 grams of carbs a day (depending on your weight and exercise level), and you'd have to eat a stockyard full of spinach to get to that amount. Every major study of long-lived, healthy people shows that they eat a ton of plant foods. Nothing delivers antioxidants, fiber, flavonoids, indoles, and the entire pharmacopia of disease fighting phytochemicals like stuff that grows.

2. Eat fish and/or take fish oil. The Omega-3's found in cold-water fish like salmon deserve the title of "wellness molecule of the century". They lower the risk of heart disease, they lower blood pressure, they improve mood and they're good for the brain. And if you're pregnant, they may make your kid smarter!

3. Connect. And I'm not talking about the internet. In virtually every study of people who are healthy and happy into their 9th and 10th decade, social connections are one of the "prime movers" in their life. Whether church, family, volunteer work or community, finding something you care about that's bigger than you that you can connect with and that involves other people (or animals) will extend your life, increase your energy, and make you happier. Only always.

4. Get some sun. At least 10-15 minutes three times a week. Interestingly, a recent study of four places in the globe where people lived the longest and were the healthiest noted that all four places were in sunny climates. Sun improves your mood and boosts levels of cancer-fighting, performance-enhancing, bone-strengthening vitamin D, a vitamin most people don't get nearly enough of.

5. Sleep Well. If you're low in energy, gaining weight, grumpy and looking haggard, guess what?- chances are you're not sleeping nearly long enough nor well enough. By sleeping "well", I mean uninterrupted sleep, in the dark, without the television on, in a relaxing environment. Nothing nourishes, replenishes and restarts the system like 7-9 hours sleep. Hint: start by going to bed an hour early. And if you've got a computer in the bedroom, banish it.

6. Exercise every day. Forget this 20 minutes three times a week stuff. Long lived people are doing things like farm chores at 4:30 in the morning! Our Paleolithic ancestors traveled an average of 20 miles per day. Our bodies were designed to move on a regular basis. New studies show that merely 30 minutes a day of walking not only reduces the risk of most serious diseases, but can even grow new brain cells!

7. Practice Gratitude. By making a list of things you're grateful for, you focus the brain on positive energy. Gratitude is incompatable with anger and stress. Practice using your under-utilized "right brain" and spread some love. Focusing on what you're grateful for- even for five minutes a day- has the added benefit of being one of the best stress-reduction techniques on the planet.

8. Drink red wine or eat grapes. The resveratrol in dark grapes is being studied for its effect on extending life, which it seems to do for almost every species studied. (So does eating about 1/3 less food, by the way.) If you've got a problem with alcohol, you can get resveratrol from grapes, peanuts or supplements. (And if you're a woman, and you choose the alcohol option, make sure you're getting folic acid every day.)

9. Get the sugar out. The number one enemy of vitality, health and longevity is not fat, it's sugar. Sugar's effect on hormones, moods, immunity, weight and possibly even cancer cells is enormous, and it's all negative. To the extent that you can remove it from your diet, you will be adding years to your life and life to your years.

This list may not be perfect and it may not be complete, but it's a start. As my dear grandmother used to say, "Couldn't hurt". Not one of these "habits" will hurt you, all will benefit you, and some may make the difference between life and death.

And it's never too late to start cultivating them.

Enjoy the journey!

A Beautiful Story!

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: 'I am blind, please help.' There were only a few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, 'Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?'

The man said, 'I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.'

What he had written was: 'Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it.'

Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing?

Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more ?

Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.

The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling…

And even more beautiful is, knowing that you are the reason behind it

Tong Sian Primary School, Penang

Tong Sian Primary School, Penang

                                                                    CLASSMATE 1968-73

My dearest friends,

The photo of the above school was taken recently when I made my trip back to my hometown, Penang. If you have read my preceding articles, you may probably realised that this trip has brought back my old sweet memories.

This school has reminded me of my six good years of receiving my early school education there, throughout 1968 to 1973. I was only standard two when the racial riots happened at 1969. Thank God that my belated father had rescued me from my school.

There are about five bus stops away from my house to this school. I recalled at times I walked back with my two schoolmates occasionally, whom I still contact till date. We used to walk back because there was only one type of bus we could take from our school to home, i.e. Bus No 9, which routes take about half an hour a trip. At that time, the weather was not that hot and we took about 15 minutes to walk a single way, through some short cut path.

Three of us met in China when we made a trip about a year back to visit my friend's brother, who is still working in China. Whereas both of us are in Malaysia. Three of us have different faiths, despite beginning with the same faith. Both of us migrated to Kuala Lumpur about two decades ago, whereas his younger brother was working in Penang prior to his employment in China.

I recalled many years ago, prior to my graduation from the university, I met up with several of my old school mates to organise a reunion. However, I did not join them because my lessons started much earlier than the reunion date. Thereafter, I did not hear from the rest of them.

As I write and post this article of this school in the hope that I be able to contact these group of people again. Who know, we might take up other challenging work to track back the history of this unique school, which I think we all know very little of.

Append below is the group photo of my schoolmates which I have kept with me for the past 37 years. Please leave down your contact details via comments or email to me at jamesoh2003@yahoo.co.uk

Wish you all very best and look forward to hearing from you,

A Full Glass Of Milk

   A Full Glass Of Milk

Very nice story to spread to...

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay,
for his hungry stomach, decided he would ask for a meal at the next
    house.

On the way through school, he found he had only one thin dime left
    and he was very hungry.

However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the
door.Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water.

The woman thought he looked hungry, so brought him a large glass of
    milk.

He drank it slowly, and then asked, 'How much do I owe you?' 'You
don't owe me anything,' she replied. 'Mother has taught us,never to
    accept pay for a kindness.'

He said...'Then I thank you from my heart.'

Year's later that young woman became critically ill.
The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big
city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.

Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation.
When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light
    filled his eyes.

Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her
room.Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her.He
    recognized her at once.

He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to
save her life, from that day he gave special attention to the case.

After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the
business office to pass the final bill to him for approval.

He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was
    sent to her room.

The woman feared opening it, for she was sure it would take the
rest of her life to pay for it all.

Finally she looked, and something caught her attention on the side
of the bill. She read these words...
'Paid in full with one glass of milk.' Signed, Dr.Howard Kelly.

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: Thank You,
God,that Your love has spread abroad through human hearts and
    hands.'

Please leave down your contact details via comments or email to me at jamesoh2003@yahoo.co.uk or bthongoh@hotmail.com.

SKY PARK IN SINGAPORE

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to show you some lovely and amazing photos to lift you up. This is the photo of the Sky Park taken in Singapore. A small country with a big heart, have shown another great achievement in its own history. A country of little natural resources, and at one time, lots of people were doubtful of its survival. Today, it proves lots of people were wrong. Impressively, its national reserves surpassed US 60 billions without debt. This has made lots people wonder about its success. It reaffirms nothing is impossible.

Big congratulations to Singapore for successfully created another amazing invention in the mankind's history. Having a Sky Park at the top of the high building is not only an easy task, but making three high rise buildings serve as its pillars is a real tough job. Here, precision and detail planning need to carry out diligently. No single task can be ignored. Take your time to look at each of the photos below and share with us your feelings. I am sure everyone is looking forward to hear your views.

For those who have visited the place, we appreciate very much if you could share with us your real experience there.

TGB POSITIVE RESULT FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2010

Hello Folks,

We are very glad to bring you the good news on Transmile, which had published its first quarter report with RM million. For some especially those who have been following our previous articles this is welcome news. To view it, please click at the title of this post.

Big congratulations to this management team who have been working very hard to turn it into positive zone and we sincerely hope this is a permanent one, which give hope to lots of people especially their own staff. In this instance, they need a praise as they have proved my previous perception on the team wrong. However, it affirms that this company still have profitable and viable business model. This is a good news to me despite that I was wrong in my judgment at that particular time, based on their unattractive presentation, in my view, at their Annual General Meeting. It clearly shows that we can't judge the book from its cover. What is more important now is how they should look forward and make more achievements in the year to come.

For those who are curious to look in details of their performance. I am very happy if they could share with us their findings, the strategies and action they have taken to overcome their challenges. I believe that through sharing, we all can learn from each other.

With such results couple with their strategies, I hope they are able to convince their lenders not to wind up this company. Moreover, this company still has a niche market to play. In this regard, I wish them all the very best.

That's all for this time and again big congratulation to you. At the same time, I also look forward to hearing from you,
