HOW TO DEAL EFFECTIVELY WITH DISCOURAGEMENT

Dear loving readers and visitors,

Greetings from Lift You Up. Hope you find this post well and in high spirits.

It is of supreme importance to realize and acknowledge the fact positive attitude can determine whether you are a splatter or bouncer. Thought there may be a small difference, nevertheless it can make a great impact in your life. Never underestimate its power.

But the question arises as to how we can deal effectively with discouragement. You may find some useful steps below to address this question:-


1. LOOK FROM THE RIGHT PERSPECTIVE

(a) To get it right, you must understand clearly the whole picture.
(b) Take a short look at the problem, but focus your attention on solutions.
(c) Take stock of yourself to discover your opportunities.
(d) Adopt a wide look of all possibilities and take the way which can lead you to a major breakthrough.
(e) Learn from those who have proven records and had overcome such a similar obstacle, if not identical.
(f) Be innovative and creative - at times, you need to modify the solution so as to solve your unique problems, which more than often not identical to others.

2. CONSULT THE RIGHT PEOPLE

Bear in mind that only a small portion of people will lift you up because the truth is that successful people form a minority, and not majority.

3. USING POSITIVE WORDS

It is important to actively tell yourself good things that will help you to think more positively rather than allowing negative messages from your past to influence your thinking and action.

Therefore, it is also important to use positive words because we must be aware that no one can motivate himself in a positive direction by continually using negative words.

4. TO HAVE FAITH

Whatsoever decision you made, you must have faith in it. You can't have something you don't believe in. When you apply your faith in it, the result is a positive course of action that when persistently followed will almost always lead to success. When you believe in your ideas and in your abilities, and you trust in the Infinite Intelligence of the universe, you know that your thoughts and deeds will ultimately lead to a successful conclusion. You cannot fail.

5. HAVE THE RIGHT EXPECTATION

The Law of Human Behavior says, " Sooner or later we will get what we expect." So, you must have the right expectation if you want success.


6. EXPLORE ALL THE POSSIBILITIES

You must explore all the possibilities before you made a decision.

7. MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION

We must be aware that making decision is easier than managing it. But managing that decision is much more important than making that decision. Therefore, it is more important that you manage it in such a way that it is lasting and consistently with your decision.
