This phenomena has come to the alarming stage as it shows that people would not care less. They have good reasons for behaving in such manner, after all the red tapes involved is too lengthy and the doers are too powerful to be touched or their connection is too powerful. We cannot put the blame to these people because they have attempted several times, but there is no much progress. The investigation process taken too lengthy, and most often than not lead conclusively conclusion, despite the fact is so glazing obvious. Even sometime, common sense can tell us so, but the investigators do not dare to turn on certain evidences, which may be lead to more serious crime which may not in their scope of investigation. It is very common to hear the assurance being given that no stone will not leave unturned. This is only a slip service, otherwise they do not have said so, but just do it and prove it.

Then, the trust from the people is no longer there. As a result, the whistleblowers choose to keep silent instead. It is strange yet practical so as not create troubles and put their loved one in danger.

Worse still, the details of the informers instead be led out to the wrong doers due to their position.

Therefore, it is timely to do something serious so as to rectify this unhealthy situation. Always remember, what goes around will come around.
