Yesterday is dead. No matter what I do and I will never bring it back.

Tomorrow hasn't arrived yet.

Worry has been described as "interest paid on troublr before it comes due."

AS Leo Buscaglia said, "Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow,
it only saps today of its joy."

So it is crystal clear that worry does not add any value to it. Wake up.
