REMIND YOURSELF...
It is good to remind each other that it is alright not to be perfect. This is because we will not perfect anyway. You may say that Perfectness is a myth. But we should try our best to DO OUR BEST AND reap the maximum of it, so to speak. To live to its fullest and reap the richness of our experience.
Thanks and stay tuned for more exciting articles.

GUEST POST : THE LITTLE JUNGLE CHEF
DEAR READERS AND VISIOTRS,
APPEND BELOW PLEASE FIND THE SPEECH MADE BY ONE OF MY NEWLY KNOWN FRIEND FOR YOUR READING PLEASURE.
Back in the eighties, there is this little
girl in Puchong village, who was born with a sweet girly face, interestingly she
likes engage in all kinds of boyish activities!! She doesn’t have any toys or
dolls with her; neither did she know of any cartoon characters. To her fairytales
characters like snow white, sleeping beauty and Cinderella are all the same.
Very active, adventurous and of course the
real description would be “playful”, she was well-known as the jungle chef among
her childhood mates. The name “jungle chef” was not given but awarded, due to
her active participation in jungle cooking. The cooking activities started on early
Sunday while everyone was still asleep. This group of little friends started
climbing a hill, weaving through trees in the quiet jungle all the way to the
riverside.
2 Bricks were set up as a cooking stove,
condensed milk tin used as a wok, tree branches as fuel for the fire. Here the
cooking began! Various types of leaves became cabbage, bok choy, romaine… and
the small fish from the river served as the main dish… The ready food was served before sunrise, not
for the group but as fertilizer back into the jungle. Today she is still a good
chef, no longer in the jungle, but once in a blue moon at home!!
Ladies and Gentlemen, yes that is me, Alice
Lau!! I still have a sweet girly face. Very obvious I am a lady, nothing in
between. I am 31 years old, born 11 Feb; 3 more weeks for my birthday gift
preparation! Single and available. I come from a “big” family, 6 siblings with
4 girls and all the 4 are single and available, any takers? Dating can be
arranged secretly.
I am an honors degree holder specializing
in business management studies. I graduated in a local college associated with
the University of Abertay Dundee in London
UK.
I am self-funded for my tertiary studies with 3 part time jobs to cover the
fees. I worked as a fashion promoter on weekend, clinic’s nurse in midnight
shift and personal teacher during week day. No regrets! Honestly, I appreciated
my studies more compared to my other uni-mates. I picked up fast and performed
with greater results. My working experiences allowed me to understand my studies
faster and deeper. Similarly the book’s knowledge has given me better practical
performance in my workplace. I love business studies and I am thankful that I
can use it in my career.
I
started my very first fulltime job in 2002 as product executive. I learned how
to develop beauty products, packaging and marketing it to Malaysia market
and oversea markets. I have more than 10 years experience in sales and
marketing specializing in retail industry, starting from a small fry to a
division manager.
I love to travel. Travelling is an eye opener for me as I see new things. Hence, I wish to leave my foot print in as many countries as I can when I am still young. I was asked, what I would see myself when I am 80 years old, I would love to see myself hanging around with my buddy, actively involved in charity, contributing to society and sharing my success with the youngsters. I hope all the members here are having the same ambition to share our speaking skills with the young generation, to have non-stop self-improvement together with the next generation. With this I wish everyone a prosperous and happy Chinese New Year.
TRUST YOU FIND HER REAL LIFE NOT ONLY INTERESTING BUT INSPIRING AS WELL.
IN THIS CONNECTION, I BELIEVE WE ALL WILL LIKE TO EXTEND OUR SUPPORT TO HER TO MAKE HER NOBLE DREAM HAPPEN FOR THE BETTER TOMORROW.
STAY TUNE FOR MORE EXCITING ARTICLES AND LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU,
